The App is quite good - after the recent GST change, setup in Shopify and our payment provider was turning out be a problem for textiles in the same HSN but different GST rates for different price bands. Aiswarya from GST Pro was very helpful, followed up, set up an online call immediately, coordinated with the technical and resolved the issue during the call.
The support and interaction superb and I would rate it 5-star. The only reason for 4-star is that the interface of the app can be better as well changes to the templates more user and visual friendly.
All-in-all, very useful.
The app is quite user friendly and also if we need any technical help, the team helps immediately and solves all issues with utmost patience. Aishwarya helped and guided me at each step and understood that I don't know coding and resolved all issues quickly. Thank you so much Aishwarya : )
