If you are interested in hosting riders for Cycle NC 2020 (April 24-26, 2020), please complete this form. Most riders arrived on Thursday, April 23rd and depart on Sunday, April 26th. Riders will make a donation to Hope Clinic (for up to 2 people) with checks being made payable to Hope Clinic.
Homeowners are not required to provide any meals, but should provide bed linens, towels, and access to a bathroom. Riders also appreciate a little refrigerator space.
Matching riders with homes begins in January and continues until the week before the ride. Once a match between a rider and a home is made and CNC Liaison receives the check (Bob Dillard), CNC Liaison will call the homeowner to tell them who is staying in their home. CNC Liaison will also email the rider and give them the phone number/email of the homeowner. The rider will contact the homeowner to confirm the accommodations, find out street address, and coordinate arrival/departure dates/times. If the homeowner has not heard from the rider a week before the event, please let the CNC Liaison know.
