Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is made it is considered final. We implement a fully automated ordering system so once an order is placed the payment is instantly processed and order immediately dispatched and sent for collective shipment via a fully automated warehousing system that we cannot manually override. This is an effort to minimize time from order to delivery and reduce errors in shipment. Orders are no longer manually undertaken. Which is why, orders once placed cannot be altered. This includes any kind of alteration to the order, including additions, removals, and cancellations. Discount codes must be applied at Checkout prior to making the order and cannot be applied/modified/requested after an order is made.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
A return is required for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that refunds on items bought as part of a bundle will nullify the original bundle price and refund will be calculated accordingly. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days. Discount codes not applied during Checkout cannot be refunded.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, please mail your product and the Order Confirmation Email print out to and share the Tracking Link of the return so we can track and confirm the delivery:

Shipping costs for returning your item will be covered by you. Shipping costs of the original order (and equivalent costs for Free Shipping orders) are non-refundable.
