I waited to contribute my review until we actually went camping to give an accurate review. We have, it even rained, and here we are. Upon delivery I couldn't wait to pop this bad boy up and check it out. For reference, I am a novice camper my husband is not. I put this tent up with my 7 year old in about literally 2 minutes (not staked) and fell in love. This thing is a beast in all the right ways. Very well made, easy to assemble, and plenty of room for our family of 4 (plus dog). We used a very tall queen mattress and 2 foam pads for sleeping arrangements and was able to fit that just on one side of the “room divider”. It rained heavily off and on for one of the days we camped and NOT ONE drop of water leaked into the tent. Impressive. 
If you're on the fence or looking for a tent with room to stretch your legs, this is it! Would definitely purchase again.

This tent works great for us. My husband is 6' 2” and can stand up throughout the who tent. Airflow was good. It is a large tent, but also felt like it fit our camping spot fine. I like having to enter/exit options. This makes it easier to arrange your tent site also. Core customer service is awesome!

Perfect for us

Just got back from a weekend of camping. Survived some wind, heavy rain and kids in and out! Set up was a breeze, maybe 20 minutes working by myself. Everything I expected

Used this a few weekends ago. SUPER simple to take up and down.  Had light rain come in had 2 wet spots in the tent about the size of a 1/2 dollar.  Lots of room in this tent. Had a queen and twin air mattress in there with tons of room. Looks like we could fit 3 king air mattresses in there. 2 kings for sure with lots of room left over.  Rain fly was easy to put on. Just make sure the “Core” name goes over the doors. Other than that pretty easy.  Come with everything you need stakes, fly, room divider, and etc.  HIGHLY recommended.

Awesome GREAT tent.

I'll start by saying I'm a mom of 2 girls, age 3 and 5 and take our dog camping with us - so family of 4 plus the dog. I didn't even know instant tents existed until a few friends of mine pointed me in this direction when I asked the Facebook world what I needed in a tent. I adore camping and despise setting up and taking down tents. So I really wanted a pop up camper but that was out of the budget for the summer. I watched a YouTube video on Core instant tents and my mind was blown! 

I've avoided camping this past summer because my husband works late and gets home at 7pm. So taking off for a couple hour drive north, on a Friday night would leave us in the dark to deal with tent poles and holes and 2 kids in the car or running around the dark campsite. No thanks! 

We put up the tent this weekend to camp in my sisters back yard and I was blown away by how fast and easy the set up was. We took it down 2 days later while people were over for a party and everyone commented how fast it came down - many of them didn't know instant tents existed either. I'm so pumped and it's worth every flipping penny for the instantness of this set up and take down. 

I purchased the 12 person with 4 kids and a dog and we have tons of room! We used 1 blow up mattress for the girls, a big dog bed for the pup and 2 cots for my husband and me. Even if we didn't have the cots to store our luggage under - there would have been room for everything regardless. 

I love the features to hand 3 lanterns from the top. I'm thrilled there was an option for floor to ceiling windows so I can see the girls or our dog inside the tent when they're sitting or laying down. I like that there are 2 entry points. If we needed to, we could fit all of our stuff on one side of the tent and put a small table inside for food or games if it's raining. The cross wind that blew through on the 90* day was awesome. The top is all mesh so I was worried when it dropped to 49* at night we'd freeze. But the rain guard held in so much heat. 

Overall, I'm so thrilled with this tent and the quality. If you're not convinced - watch some Youtube videos. I'm a pretty cheap person lol always looking for a sale - and this tent was $350 I think and I got 20% off with their sale. It's worth all of the $350 even if you don't get the sale!!

Awesome Tent! The Perfect Purchase

This is a great tent for families who camp in warmer climates. Spacious and lots of windows makes this ideal for us. Also it's super easy to put up and take down. I own a couple of Core's tents now and they provide wonderful value. If/when I wear it out, I'll buy another!

This tent is a great size and super easy to set up but there is a huge flaw that means this tent won't last as long as we'd hoped. 

Thought we have been careful setting up, taking down, and storing, the tent material (floor and screen) has rubbed on the poles/hubs in such a way that there are now several holes in the tent. I don't expect this will last us more than two seasons. 

When I contacted customer support ( after our 2nd trip, and 10 months after purchase) their only remedy was to send out a handful of patch kits. Disappointing, and this will likely be our last and only Core purchase.

Spacious and quick set up but...

I really liked this tent, easy to set up, lots of room, but it did not come with tent stakes. After setting it up for it's maiden camping trip, we had to ask for extra tent stakes for our tent, we were able to secure 4-6 stakes. But when a freak storm came up, this was not enough. One of the pins holding a tent pole sheared off thus leaving the tent in deplorable condition. As one side of the pin was threaded, it is impossible to get this end out to replace the pin. Really disappointed in the tent makers. If you do buy this tent, make sure you pack your own tent stakes.

Who sells a tent without tent stakes?

We purchased this tent earlier this year. We're a family of four with two small children. We liked the size to accommodate all of us with belongings as well as the ability to separate the space into two rooms each with an exterior door. We camped for 7 days in this tent on our last trip and it rained off and on for 6. The tent leaked... Each corner and below each window from the seams dripped water. We moved our belongings into center and got by but it was inconvenient. Along with this tent we purchased the Core 13 x 13 Instant Canopy. Unfortunately this leaked too.
