Monday night’s Wiscasset Planning Board meeting was scarcely attended with no one from the public choosing to attend to speak at the public hearing to address several proposed ordinance changes.

Among those was a change in net density for elderly congregate and congregate housing with town water and sewer, proposed to be added to the building laws ordinance, and historic preservation and shoreland changes. The board meets next at 7 p.m. March 23 at the town office.
