Controversial Lagos socialite, Pretty Mike listed the names of celebrities in Nigeria who went under the knife in a post last week. He posted that going under the knife is the ''in'' thing.

DeleteIm the sort that believes women have the right and choice to do anything they like to their bodies so far it is done tastefully which I can see is the case of most of the celebs on the list. Bcos you will hardly know.
DeleteHowever my fear is the risk involved, especially those done in this country. There is a high rate of complications that can happen during and after the surgery. Some ppl may react to anaesthetics, some may overbled, the heart can stop. Pls is there facilities in this country that can treat such complications, how many hospitals have skills and equipment to open the airwaves if you stop breathing, how many have life-support machines if you go into shock/coma post-op. That is my main concern. In Europe/US you can call 911 if you suddenly feel smthn. Here nothing like that. The safety is my concern.

DeleteMe I just want to be slim. Child birth has dealt with me, my stomach isn't big funnily but I put on 10kg with my last baby. I am exercising it is helping abit but I love food too much, I don't eat junks, I eat healthy. Each time I say let me eat fruits for dinner, by the time im making correct vegetable for the family I will just take that with unripe plaintain.

I hope you watched Steve Harvey show, where doctor Nassein and his colleagues said Fat transfer is 6000 times more deadly than any surgery. Once you remove fat from blood stream, it will be contaminated, it is just a matter of time. You need mad money to keep going to the doctor, those local ones following Americans and you see their celebrities after a while, when they age, they go for removal and you think it's for fun? They even said, it should be banned but our local chickens won't hear. Continue, we will start hearing stories soon. I just pity those who had sleep around to have it done, they will need more customers to make those trips to the doctor, and they will never say the truth, except they are having medical or health challenge.
