Your app was not displaying correctly on my website. I asked you to fix it, and to do so, you requested permissions and disabled the COD (Cash on Delivery) purchase button. The problem is that you didn’t inform me about this, and by the time I realized it, hours had gone by without any sales. That means we were wasting money on ads driving traffic to a website with no purchase option. I’ve lost quite a lot of money because of this. The app itself is good, but giving your technicians access to the site has turned out to be risky

First of all, we are really sorry for the inconveniences that your store had when the Cash on Delivery section has not been displaying.
We understand that you might think it is due to our app's Review Box when this section is under Review Box. However, we only re-synchronized the app widget and review data to make the review load and display properly. We did not take any action on Cash on Delivery section.
From our team, we diagnosed the Cash on Delivery section might be hidden accidentally by anyone or it has been conflicted by the theme code.
You can go to Admin Settings > General > scroll down to the end and access Store activity log to check the action on the theme and Cash on Delivery section.
Or you can grant us a Collaborator Account to check and fix this issue for you.

AliReviews does import reviews, but the option to import only display in a private tab on DSers and have never shown up on normal browsers, which makes the feature far less useful.
Even worse, the review request emails have been a major problem: our open rate is under .05%, there’s no delivery or bounce reporting, and without any DNS verification options (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), the emails aren’t authenticated to send from our domain. That makes them more likely to land in spam and doesn’t build a sender reputation for our store.
Support acknowledged the concerns but couldn’t offer a solution or advanced reporting. For a $25/month app, basic email authentication and visibility should be standard.
We’ve deactivated the email requests and are now looking for an alternative that can handle email deliverability and transparency properly.
This app is only essentially good for importing the reviews themselves and even that you have to find a workaround for. Review requests are horrid.

AliReviews offers solid features and has worked well for our needs so far. We were able to resolve most issues on our own, and overall, the app performs as expected. We’ll continue to monitor its performance moving forward.

About the "Bulk import review" button on DSers, I see that our team have asked you Collaborator Account or Google Remote with the technical team to check the issue. Could you please allow us once to check it.
Because on our side, we can see the button on our test store.
We have the Bulk import with AI from AliExpress for 50 products at once, have you tried it. Please let us know if you want to get more support on this feature.
