Why unlimited coaching?

Ever since launching various coaching packages, I've been doing 4 to 8 weeks "intensive" coaching. Which works really well if you're specifically working on a big upcoming event or pitch that is a sprint from booking an opportunity like this to presenting it.

Meanwhile, 80% of my clients didn't have 1 big event of the year that their whole career was riding on, but everyday interactions, weekly team meetings, and the occasional social event that comes up create a bundle of nerves...

For good reason...

My clients were asking about both professional presentations to social networking.

From "How do I intensely influence my team?" to "How do I make friends as an adult?"
From "How do I pass my oral interviews" to "How should I dress to gain respect?"

I found that my clients who asked to work with me after my 4 to 8 week "intensive" coaching were the ones who not only overcame presentation jitters for work, but THRIVED in all parts of their social life.

The pattern had become so clear to me, it was hard to deny it at that point.

Okay, so what is the deal with this "unlimited" coaching?

I realized that my clients would be either concerned of not having enough coaching calls with me as they thought they needed before joining and feeling like they had to "choose wisely" when they would book a call with me because they didn't want to "waste" a session with me.

I HATE THAT.

Look, I've done the same thing with my therapist, because, hey, I want bang for my money!
But here's what happens when you do that...

You start to overanalyze what social interaction "deserves" to be discussed, brush off something that you think I might think is "too small" to deal with, or feel like you need a clear ROI (return on investment), which typically means "if it's not work related, I shouldn't bring it up".

That goes against everything I know to be true in this game of learning communication, confidence, and charisma. 

We learn the MOST during these micro-moments in smaller interactions that seem insignificant to someone else, but bring you to realize or experience a moment of success that carries on to every interaction.

Sometimes it's that 1 degree door hinge push that opens the door wide enough for you to walk through with complete confidence.

So, in light of that, instead of saying "hey you have 6 sessions in the next 6 weeks", I just decided to do unlimited sessions on my client calendar for zoom calls, 24/7 Voxer (private audio and text app) access to me to ask any quick questions that might randomly come up as your week goes on, and unlimited email coaching.

Are there ANY limitations to this?

No. 

The only requirement is for you to apply, get on a Zoom call with me, and see if we're truly a right fit for each other to begin with. If not, I have colleagues that may be and I'd be more than happy to refer you over.

Out of integrity, I can only take on a few clients at a time due to the unlimited nature of this dynamic while also maintaining other parts of my business while being fully there for you.

So with respect, my intention is to only work with people I like and would bring into my inner circle.

I am a very passionate person for those I love -- my friends, my family, my work colleagues, and significant other.

If you are in my life, you are given all that I have and on my free time, I'm thinking about how I can add more to your life because I'm OBSESSED with the idea of growth and helping others on their journey.

It takes life force energy that either expands with certain people or contracts. In order to hold the space for everyone I love, it makes sense to only take on clients who expand this, so I can then give even more.

Here's how it expands...

You are reliable -- in others words, you do what you say you're going to do (or at least do your best to do so), you take responsibility for your own actions -- the victim game is not one you play, and you are unapologetically transparent in order to be a better person.

You bring me that and I will commit to doing the same... and so much more.

In these sessions we can just as easily be unapologetically forthright, shed a tear or two, and go deep as we do, laughing so hard we gain abs, have a blast learning, and nerding out on personal growth.

Ultimately, it's YOUR safe space to speak about what the world out there might say "you got it or you don't", "you're an introvert or extrovert", "you have the IT factor or not". 

All lies. You and I know better.

This is a skillset anyone can learn if you have the willingness, grit, and tenacity to do so.
