I want to thank my business coach Cynthia Mills, FASAE, CAE, CMC, CPC, CCRC for helping me to learn, develop, and grow as a leader. I met Cynthia in March, 2020, while evaluating THE LEADERS' HAVEN, LLC to facilitate a strategic planning process. When the pandemic obscured the horizon and we quickly found ourselves in survival mode, I asked Cynthia to “join me in the lifeboat.” Her advice and counsel during those tumultuous days has evolved into a four-year partnership and a valuable friendship that has helped me to grow as a CEO and help our organization, PACB - Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers grow and thrive.
