Not reliable and time consuming. Like a lottery, sometimes I get what I needed, but other times, the app isn't responsive.

It's just terrible. They made the simple things way more complicated. Just going to your designated places and asking personally was way fast, easy. If they can't make a good app like others, just stop it go back to old method there is no shame.

Even after logging in, it keeps asking to log in and the services are not available. So frustrating and time consuming.
