About This File
This preset is now compatible with 11.5X however its not perfect/not the same as it was before. There isn't much of a noticeable difference in this version except the cloud colours at sunrise/sunset... they look a bit off. Long story short I did not modify this preset one bit. In fact i just downloaded X-Plane again one day ago (24/01/2021). I did attempt to fix some colours etc however its sort of impossible. Another thing to note is that most of the lua does not work... There probably is a solution to fix it so if any of you guys would want to attempt feel free to as I currently do not plan on buying the 'new' xvision program. This preset was made compatible by one of the x-vision dev's (Thanks to @Tobas319aka Bill for giving my old preset onto one of the xvision guys to fix it). Overall there is not a noticeable difference however, again its not perfect. I initially did not want to update as the 'new' xvision is payware. Luckily Bill knew one of the devs to fix it up. I did not want to leave you guys with nothing so here is the 11.5X version of the Ves Preset. I wont be updating this preset very regularly anymore. Thanks for your patience
Installation:
- Install the chosen file.
- Head over to your downloads folder.
- Drag and drop the .xvs file into the root folder on x-vision.
- Open up x-vision and load up the preset.
- Apply the preset.
From here you are good to go, it may take a few seconds but a message will be displayed on the bottom when x-vision finished applying.
This preset includes @allan97432 water textures:
These are very nice water textures, if you do not have xvision they still work perfectly so i would highly recommend them.
