Opis pracy

The challenges waiting for You:
The main goal of the project is to create a new data aggregation system for payment transactions based on the Hadoop platform (MAPR). The new system from the "Big Data - Datalake" category is built in streaming architecture. To build this solution, we decided to use the NoSQL database - MaprDB and Apache Kafka, Avro Schema, Spark – Spark Streaming using the Scala programming language.

Responsibilities:
-Participation in the project, which aims to create a new system for aggregating data on payment transactions - "datalake" based on the Hadoop platform (MAPR). The tasks will include:
-Designing new solutions
-Development
-UAT tests and suport
-Code review
-Working with tools to ensure adequate data quality and real-time reporting
-Work for a client from the financial sector, in an international team, in accordance with the Agile - Spotify model methodology

Required skills:
-Experience in designing and building solutions based on Hadoop technology
-Good knowledge of Java / Scala, Spark technology
-Knowledge of NoSQL databases, relational databases and SQL
-Knowledge of queuing systems
-Knowledge of MAPR Stack
-Knowledge of Apache Kafka and Avro
-Experience in building applications for the financial sector is welcome
