All he ever wanted was to matter to someone.
What he didn’t know was that he did matter to someone.
Someone that worried about him every single day that he was gone.

Malachi Gabriel Gnocchi was missing for two years. Thanks to a mission gone wrong, not only had he been captured, but his best friend along with his fellow teammates had been taken, too.

He spent two years in hell, hoping and praying that one day he’d get to go home.

And one day he does. Only, he isn’t the same person that left. Every single thing that made him Malachi is no more.

Sierra started writing to soldiers overseas through the soldier pen pal program when she was in high school. Years later, she had no idea that the one soldier that she’d been paired up with in the very beginning would be the one man that would change her world eight years down the road.

When the letters from her soldier stopped, she knew that something bad had happened.

When they started back up again two years after the last letter, she thought that someone was playing a joke on her.

Only, that joke wasn’t a joke at all.

The man on the other end of those letters is a man that’s dying slowly from the inside out.

He’s a living, breathing, mess and there’s only one thing she can do to help him.

Write him back and hope that she can bring him back from the edge.

From the moment Malachi was first mentioned in Say It Ain't So, I've wanted his story. Here was this brooding, powerful, broken man who was once a POW along with his friends, returned to a world he didn't quite fit into anymore. I needed to know him. And with this book, LLV brought this character to life in such spectacular ways.

Sierra and Malachi knew each other for years. It all started with a pen pal assignment in her English class. A voice from home that reached out to connect with a soldier. They got each other through the worst of times. They saw each other through the best of times. They were closer than most people could be despite never meeting each other. And when Sierra graduated from high school, those letters didn't stop. Until one day they did and she knew something horrible had to have happened to her best friend...

I loved these two for each other. Their letters gave such intriguing glimpses into the connection that grew so strong between them. I just wish that more time was spent on them as a couple. They were each in the other's life, even in a peripheral way, without knowing the importance of the other. And every instance in which they should have known the truth... they were oblivious. And I get that I'm in the audience so that what is obvious to me isn't obvious to the characters, but it bordered on ridiculous. So if I had a complaint, it would be this.

One of the things I happen to love about LLV books are her chosen epigraphs...

If a girl says she'll be ready in five minutes, there's no reason to remind her every fifteen minutes of it. - Sierra to Malachi

They are always hilarious and true!

The suspense of this novel bordered on tragic. It was horrific and I actually gasped a couple of times while reading it. Mild spoiler but another potential favorite character's life is now uncertain because of a just action and I need to know what's going to happen there.

I'm incredibly happy with the happy ending Malachi and Sierra got. Seriously, the man who had everything and yet nothing at all now has EVERYTHING he could possibly hope for and I couldn't be more thrilled!!

Aaahhhh I can't believe there is only one more book in the series, I'm not ready, I need more. Malachi has definitely been the one I was most looking forward to and Lani didn't disappoint. Because Sierra was perfect for him.

From the minute I picked this up I couldn't put it down, I read it in one sitting (sorry, not sorry fam). The story and characters were just that good, it completely sucked me in and I had to know everything I could find out about them both. And see more of Grans crazy shenanigans.

There were so many secrets between these two that they needed to uncover that I couldn't take my eyes off the page incase I missed them discovering it. All of the secondary characters have been very interlinked and it's just added to the awesome.

But the best thing about this book was that it felt so completely fated between Malachi and Sierra. Even though a lot of it was their own actions putting them in the perfect place to meet the other, the coincidences just made it all feel that much more magical and I loved it.

And as much as I am dying to read the next book I really don’t want this series to end.

Malachi and Sierra were a good match from the beginning. I loved their origin and how their relationship grew. I’d been anticipating Malachi’s story for a while and felt LLV did a good job of fleshing him out. Their drama was largely internal and it worked well with Malachi’s backstory. Sierra was a caring heroine and matched our hero in her demeanor. There wasn’t as much humor or action as there typically is in a LLV read but I still quite enjoyed it.

Nobody Knows is the 11th book in Lani Lynn Vale’s KPD SWAT Generation 2.0 Series. I loved Malachi and Sierra's story. It is a unique story line with sweet and steamy writing. Sierra begins writing to Malachi in her high school english class through a pen pal soldier program. They immediately connected and is she is gutted when the letters stop not knowing what happened to him. She feared the worst but never really knew. Years later she receives a letter from him and they connect again but little do they know how close they really are. Sierra has a huge heart and is a total sweetheart. Seeing their relationship develop while he is dealing with the dark demons of his past was really beautiful. Malachi has been through so much and his character made my heart break, laugh and swoon and even had me shedding tears. What a gamut of emotions this book put me through. There is so much to love about this book and these characters but you really have to experience for yourself. There is something about the characters that make them so real and relatable and I felt connected to and invested in their story from start to finish. It is so hard to believe that we are nearing the end of this series. It is bittersweet knowing there is only one story left and I cannot wait for it.

Malachi was first introduced in ‘Say It Ain’t So’. A POW, kept that way for a period of time. A couple of men that moved to Kilgore, or were originally from Kilgore, had also been part of that group. Malachi Gabriel went missing for two years, thanks to a mission gone wrong, not only had he been captured, but he spent two years in captivity, hoping and praying he’d be released. He is...only he isn’t quite the same anymore.
***
Sierra began writing to soldiers overseas through a soldier pen-pal programme at seventeen in high school. She had no idea that the one soldier that she’d been paired with would be the one man that would change her world eight years later.

When the letters between them abruptly stopped, she instinctively knew that something bad had happened. When the letters resumed after a long lapse after the last letter, she was elated.

They resumed their friendship and graduated from letter writing to texting. She tells him of wanting to break up with her boyfriend Mark.

Mark doesn’t want the same things, he wants to live his life free and unencumbered. He desires the finer things in life and is steadfast in not wanting children. Sierra as a NICU nurse, wants children. Mark wanted Sierra. He wanted to get married. He wanted to move into a big house and he wants to move to New York and he wants to travel...but not the fictitious children, he hated them. He doesn’t want anything to do with them. He bought an electric car. He’s trying to leave a better ‘carbon footprint.’ He doesn’t want to be live where others are not environmentally conscious. And he’s a vegan.

She does something rash - being artificially inseminated. Her family does not accept the news as expected causing a rift.

Gabriel and Sierra made a pact to keep their personal lives exactly that, personal. He offers himself up as ‘father’ to dispel disapproval and allay her family’s concern.

Slow burn - secondary characters - drama involving the NFL (National Felon League). Adrian Masters, a spoilt teenager with malicious and criminal intent, enabled by his delusional parents; attempts to kills her, almost fatally hurts someone else; badly hurts her and their unborn baby (yes their baby, he cryogenically froze his swimmers and she was the recipient).
Malachi’s materialistic parents.

It’s unrealistic to consider a once badly injured woman, on the precipice of losing her pregnancy would undertake assembling furniture thus hurting herself when she falls in an advanced stage of pregnancy.

Inconsistencies:::
‘She was nine months pregnant, and only days away from giving birth’.
‘Six weeks after that, we welcomed our own baby boy, Miller Luca Gnocchi into the world’.

Sierra's just a kid, a teenager, when she starts writing to Gabriel, a soldier deployed overseas. They write back and forth for years, becoming so much to each other. And then one day the letters stop coming and Sierra just knew in her heart that meant something was seriously wrong.

Gabriel's reality while deployed was harsh and brutal, but Sierra's letters brought him a semblance of home, some kind of light. She had come to mean so much to him, so much that she had no idea. So now that he's back home from his horrible experience and finds Sierra's living this close to him, it means one thing - go to her and make her his. Yep.

I have been wanting Malachi's story since the very first story in this series, and damn but Lani did not disappoint because he and Sierra are perfect for each other! I cannot tell you how much I love that their relationship began as pen pals, how they were best friends all without meeting in person. And then once they met in person? Whew!!! Sierra is a sassy, funny sweetheart, just the perfect foil for Malachi. Secondary characters are amazing as usual, Malachi's Grandma in particular stands out, and the ending makes me even more eager to keep reading about the men and women of this SWAT world.

The connections in this one are what interested me. I loved how Sierra and Malachi knew each other and didn't at the same time. I kept waiting for both of them to realize it and when they did it was great! So was the little nugget of info that Malachi laid down about activities with his friend Nathan, I knew how that would end up and I loved it, couldn't wait for it to come out. I could have done without the punk kid, who was pure evil with what he did and I feel for poor Zach. I would have made the same choice, but I wish that his actions would have been hidden.

4 Star Review Nobody Knows (Swat Next Generation 2.0 #11) by Lani Lynn Vale

Nobody Knows is the latest instalment in the Swat Next Generation series and this book had me invested from the first to the last chapter. This is Malachi and Sierra’s story and from start to finish Lani Lynn Vale wove a story that drew me in and kept me hooked until the end.

The blurb drew me in when I first read it and was an interesting take on a pen-pal relationship. I think it resonated with me because I had a pen pal from the time I was 9 and do years later we are best friends, so this story realty called to me.

Sierra started writing to Malachi when she was in high school and her letters brought light into the soldier’s often dark reality. When he suddenly stopped writing to her, Sierra feared the worst but what she didn’t know is that he was a prisoner of war for a couple of years.

Rescued and struggling to get back to a semblance of normality, Malachi wrote to her again. At first Sierra thought someone was playing a horrid joke on her but as she realizes that it is indeed her old pen pal,she responds. There were times that I feared that they would not get the happily ever after that they deserved.Their journey was rocky but their foundation of friendship was heart warming. There were times I was moved to tears but then their were moments where I was laughing out loud .

The secondary characters were entertaining and I loved Malachi’s grandmother who was a real hoot. Can Sierra give Malachi the support and love that will finally give him the peace he so desperately needs? One click and find out.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Another romance that I really liked in this series !
I was impatiently awaiting the book with Malachi whom we saw a lot in the series but who remained very mysterious ... And I loved him !! His whole story with Sierra which starts so long ago with the cute letters exchanged, the coincidences (some a little too big but hey who cares about the realistic side =)), the way they fall in love little by little (when they realize who they are at the party !! And the letters <3) and all the drama with Malachi's horrible family (but I loved his grandma =D) and the kid (but seriously what an awful kid !! And the end in the hospital with Zach ... I'd be curious to know how he's going to get out of this !)
(perhaps two criticisms : Sierra's family which I found very intolerant and I was a little disappointed with the behavior of her parents ... And the name Gnocchi ... Hard to look badass with a pasta name xD)
In short, a nice romance with its share of dramas and cute moments =)
Holy crow! So much happened in this second to last book in the SWAT Generation 2.0 series!!
There were medical emergencies, fights with parents & other family members, shared heartfelt letters, an unfortunate incarceration, a hit & run investigation, a delightful sperm mix-up, ‘Final Destination sh*t’… *takes a deep breath* Don’t think you can put this book down to make dinner for your family because you WON’T & you CAN’T!
Malachi & Sierra were great together. I loved how their relationship started with a penpal set-up! And I loved seeing how it progressed through each letter; the daily life routines, the honesty & openness, the trust they had in each other growing stronger, the confession of love… *swoon* I only wish we got more couple time with them because they had a ton of crap thrown at them throughout this book. It was like they didn’t have enough time to just ‘Netflix & chill’… If you know what I mean. *wink wink*
Really hoping we get more on Zach & Juniper because it was super sad at how everything ended up going down with them. I’m so thankful that Zach did what he did but man… :( I. NEED. MORE.
Looking forward to the last book in the series, Depends On Who’s Asking, featuring Caro & Saint! That sneak peek at the the end of this book had me all, “WTF?!
Nobody Knows is Book #11 in SWAT Next Generation 2.0 by Lani Lynn Vale. This is Malachi /Gabriel and Sierra’s story and wowza! what a story it is! Sierra started writing to Malachi while in high school and he was deployed overseas. It was part of a pen pal program that Sierra kept up until the letters just stopped coming from him...then several years later, the letters start back up.
Malachi is new to town after being a POW and he is getting reacquainted to life on the outside. Sierra is dealing with her family who isn't happy with her right now, especially with a decision she went and did on her own. The chemistry between Malachi and Sierra is sizzling. There's awesome humor, romantic love, sizzling chemistry, heat, feels, secrets, twists and wonderful HEA. Another great addition to the SWAT Generation 2.0.
5 Stars!
Lani Lynn Vale is a master with her words, a manipulator of hearts, and y'all, what. a. book. What. A. Journey. Nobody Knows is the eleventh book, a standalone, in the SWAT Generation 2.0 series and ugh, I think Sierra and Malachi might just be my new favorite LLV couple to date.
Pen pals in the start to something more, something so much deeper. Malachi and Sierra will put you through quite the paces but y'all, what they give, so very worth it.
Packed with the so many complicated up and down feels, loads of sizzling, undeniable heat, and all of the heart... Lani is a must read any way I can get her, most especially when she's writing like this. Nobody Knows was absolute perfection in every single way and every single moment and I'm crazy excited for the next.
I highly recommend this book.
I have been waiting for Malachi’s story for a long time and Lani Lynn Vale made it worth the wait. Nobody Knows is nothing like I was expecting but everything I love in a romance! It’s a sweet romance with a little drama, many twists, and the right amount of heat.
Sierra is definitely a quirky, hilarious LLV heroine with a family who are a bit nosey. Malachi, manages to be sweet and caring in spite of all he has been through. Secondary character of note is Grans she is awesome and actually I would almost consider her a main character more than secondary, just wait until you meet her!
Nobody Knows is definitely among my favorites of Lani Lynn Vale’s, it can be read as a stand alone.
Nobody Knows started with the letters—I so love when all that chapters offers is letters and nothing at all. (And that was a sarcasm.)—but later on, the letters got mixed in with the actual story and started to enjoying them much, much more.
Malachi and Sierra were pen-pals when he was in the Army and she was assigned the project her Junior year during her English class. They formed a friendship that lasted past her assignment date. When she didn't hear from Malachi for a couple of years, she had a feeling something bad had happened to him. Fast forward to the present and they find themselves in contact again.
In typical LLV style, there is more going on that what appears at first. It seemed a bit far-fetched (to say the least) that they didn't make the connection on who each other was before it is brought to their attention. Also, she is a young woman who decides to get artificially inseminated - even though she is a single woman with a job as a NICU nurse and has no other support around her? She doesn't tell her family her plans and then botches trying to tell them what was really going on in her life. Everyone's reaction was juvenile, including hers. Malachi is supportive of her, to an extreme that just seemed a bit unlikely considering his standoffishness due to his past trauma. When there is an incident that puts Sierra at risk, there were just a few too many questions for me that were never resolved. Saw the "donor" revelation a mile away.
I just don't think all of her books require someone in them to either be injured or die to make them interesting.
I just loved this book so fucking much.
There has never been a point where this author hasn't gone above and beyond my expectations for a story. It's why she is my favourite. I don't say it to kiss ass or be biased it's just a fact for me. She has a unique style of writting that I've loved since way back 2013ish. We all have them kind of author's right? The ones we blindly follow and trust impeccably because you know they never fail you. that's her for me. I have purchased EVERY book she's released and pre order like a crazy women when I see she's got new ones up. The love is real.
Malachi and Sierra's story was a emotional rollercoaster I never wanted out of.
I've been so curious about Malachi and what his book would read like because the obvious he was a POW but also because he was so shut off compared to the rest of the guys. I'm a sucker for a broken man, sue me. He surprised me in many ways because I was expecting a lot more harshness from the man but instead I feel like he's completely misunderstood and misjudged. It's clear he had demons but the sweet,caring and willingness of him? Man it had me in love.
Sierra is every bit the strong independent wild women her parents raised her to be. What can you expect with parents like Miller and Mercy ?. Much to their frustrations. One thing I really loved about Sierra is that as soon as she put her mind to something she did it. Even when she was doing it alone and future prospects were uncertain and scary she still had the lady balls to own her shit and do her thang. I also love how she was Malachi's shield and stood up for him without any hesitation.
Their story is unexpected and full of surprises to say the least. It's so fucking sweet when you really think about the growth of their relationship and how they came to be a them. I love that they just kind of accepted the situation for what it was and grew together not in the least bit bothered about how fast things where going. They didn't even try to fight it. They just fit perfectly... the wild child and the broken outcast. The chemistry was crazy and the build up almost unfuckingbearable. The connection between them is unique and undeniable. They were really always meant to be and what brought them together finally had me crying like a bitch.
The suspense of this book is real. I felt like I had multi personalities as I was reading because one minute I was up then I was down then I was as angry as hell on wheels and then I was sweating at the sin of it all. Truly it took me on a fucking ride. As per this book comes with slew of characters both old, recent and new. Some will piss you off(they pissed me the fuck off). Some will have you outright curious. And some will have you reminiscing books from the past. Something they all do though is add more dimension to the story. It really is one big crazy ever growing and evolving family that brings so much life to the pages. I love the different relationships and all the bickering, banter and love between them all. They give me life.
It's sweet and rewarding and surprising in so many ways. It's also a little heartbreaking and bitter sweet to. The plot progression is everything with snippets of the past blending seamlessly with the present in a way that makes you feel more connected to their journey. The characters are multidimensional with so much personality it's hard not to fall in love with them. This story as a whole is impossible not to love. I laughed, cried, swooned, ranted and raved though out. It just makes you feel. But it leaves you with the best kind of feels.
Okay, this book blew me away! I mean there was so many things I felt during this particular one. First of all, I have been waiting for Malachi's story for a while. He was once a POW along with his friends. One friend was mistaken for him when he was found and when Malachi was actually found and rescued he came back a broken man. One who isn't sure where he fits into the world any longer.
This story could have been so sad and so broken but I loved that Lani Lynn Vale gave us a story that allows us to feel Malachi's pain but not pity him. It would have been so easy to fall into that knee-jerk response of pity but she created a character who is stronger than what has been done to him. One who we want to see have everything he deserves in life.
Sierra and Malachi first "met" when she was still in high school and began writing to a soldier in her English class. That soldier is Malachi. Even after she graduated she kept writing. They got to know each other without all the fakeness or pretending that we do when we are getting to know someone. They became best friends. When Malachi went missing, she kept writing hoping that he was okay. Then one day, out of the blue, her English teacher reaches out saying she has a letter.
These two together could not have been more perfect! How they never met before when they do is beyond me. I mean he works with her father and brother. They were within reach of one another so many times through so many different people. What actually brought them together though, made me cry. Could there have been a more perfect moment? I'm not telling y'all because you really have to read it for yourselves.
I loved Malachi's grandmother. She was so funny and the voice of reason at times. She certainly had no problem speaking her mind about any and everything. She was simply awesome. I enjoyed getting a different glimpse of Zach and I'm hoping everything that happened means he's going to be getting his own book soon. Although I will say was flabbergasted by all of it.
5 They’re Perfect for Each Other Stars!!!
As this series has progressed this year, we’ve gotten glimpses of Malachi but they’ve really been surface only in that it’s just not talked about what he went through while he was a POA. And Sierra has snippets in a couple of books although we got to know her a little bit more in her brother Sammy’s book. But in this book we get all the fabulousness that is Malachi and Sierra.
Their relationship started innocently enough and seeing their friendship build over the years and then the stutter in their letter writing was heartbreaking. They both lived for their letters in different ways, but it was what kept them going when times were the roughest.
I loved their relationship. It was a true and abiding friendship first and then the love that blossomed was in it’s purest form and what allowed them both to heal in different ways. This book is filled with heat, heart, tension and friendships that are so strong their unbreakable. Seeing how Sierra is healing a man that is so broken had my heart weeping. Malachi doesn’t feel that he deserves this beautiful girl but really she’s the best thing for him because she loves and accepts him demons and all. And can we talk about his Gran? She’s a freaking hoot. I can only hope I have her sassiness when I’m her age.
There are secrets in this book that put in danger people that are loved and how the mystery is solved is one of my favorite parts about this book. There’s a coming together so to speak between Malachi and his fellow officers and it’s exactly what he needed to start to feel whole again.
LLV has done a phenomenal job with this entire series and through each book I’ve fallen in love with each Hero and Heroine, but by far, Sierra and Malachi are my favorites. Their love is passionate, healing and powerful!
Unbeknownst to them, Sierra and Malachi’s story started many years ago when a high school student and a military pen pal grew closer to one another with every letter . . . until those letters stopped without a word for more than two and a half years.
During those two and a half years, Malachi had been a tortured POW, and Sierra had become a nurse in the NICU. Now, they are both In the same town without realizing it, and the letters begin again. It’s one of the few things keeping Malachi hanging on. And, thanks to a nosy and conniving Grandmother, he and Sierra finally meet face to face.
I absolutely loved the military pen pal premise that brought this couple together and had them forming a connection without ever meeting face to face. They both got so much from those letters as individuals. I also adored that Malachi started writing again as soon as he could.
This couple really just fit together. Even though they just met in person, because of the letters they knew each other intimately. And, what starts as a fake relationship to get her family off her back and the police chief off of his quickly becomes everything!
As always, there is danger afoot . .. . and this one is pretty unexpected and added some great drama!
I loved Grans and Axe the dog and adored Sierra & Malachi’s story in every way. 5 stars!
Can’t get enough of this series with only 1 book left! Sierra started writing to Malachi during high school for an assignment but they ended up continuing to write and keep in touch until one day Malachi’s letters stopped. A few years later Sierra receives a letter again from Malachi and they start to contact each other again. There is just so much to this book that makes it that much more epic. When these two meet in person, they don’t realize who they actually are to each other since Malachi now goes by his middle name and they don’t realize how small the town actually is. In addition, Sierra finally decides to have a family herself since she can’t find mister right and there ends up being a mistake with that as well. I was so excited to finally get the story of Malachi and his horrible parents – and LLV did not disappoint with it! Without giving anything away, thankfully this couple gets everything they need and more and it all works out for them in the end. It’s crazy how things happen in this story that you can’t tell if it’s ironic or just fate. What an epic book. I cannot wait for the next book, although it’s the last month in the year therefore the last book!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I have wanted to read Malachi’s story since he was introduced. And this story didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed reading his story from start to finish.
I loved that we got to read on how they knew each other. And getting to read their letters they wrote.
Sierra and Malachi ‘met’ when she started writing to him as an English assignment while he was overseas in the military. But then Malachi was captured by the enemy and she didn’t hear from him for years. Until he came home. And she got a letter in the mail from her best friend.
Sierra was a very laid back character for me. There wasn’t too much drama with her. I felt like she took things as they come and just dealt with it. Even when she found out that Malachi was her pen pal she just went with it. Malachi was a bit more complicated. Especially with what happened to him while he was in the military. But when he eventually got with Sierra she calmed his demons for him. And they just had a sweet romance. Well not leaving out the suspense part. And the little bit of action there in between. But definitely another good story added to this series ❤ 😊
OMG! I absolutely loved this story from beginning to end. The story was simply perfect! I loved the letter-writing thing that went on between Gabriel and Sierra that started out as a school project and continued all the way on to adulthood the whole thing super sweet that it warmed one's heart. I have to say that I smiled throughout the entire story.
We thought the characters were totally awesome we loved them and Gabriel/Malachi super sweet even though he was a little broken and that Gran of his what a pisser loved her sense of humor.
Sierra was sweet, kind, loving, independent had a wicked sense of humor, and was beautiful inside and out. We even enjoyed her messy family.
Overall a super sweet tale that we loved every minute of. I loved all the things that happened they all seemed fate had been playing its part in this couple story. I loved how Malachi decided to continue his letter-writing because his letters just melted my heart each and every time. A heartfelt story ! A page-turner that we loved, loved, loved!
When she was a teenager Sierra began exchanging letters with Malachi, a solider who was serving overseas, and what started out as an obligation turned into a friendship. When the letters ended she was devastated as she knew he wouldn’t stop corresponding without a reason but she was even more surprised when the letters began a few years later.
Malachi’s experiences have left him emotionally scarred as even though he started a new life and has found a supportive group of friends and is working for SWAT the memories of what he has seen and done still haunt him. She was the one person who gave him the strength to survive so when their paths cross he knows that she is his destiny.
Sierra and Malachi are exactly what the other needs in their life as even though their journey wasn’t without its obstacles the support and strength that they give each other that shows both them and us that the only place they belong is with each other.
Awe! It was so cute. There was some not so cute moments, moments where my heart ached for these characters but I know that LLV wouldn’t wound me too bad. Malachi was everything I hoped he would be. He was just sweet to Sierra. He was gruff with everyone else but with her he could be open. Sierra was so strong. Everything that she went though in this book was at times hard to read, but she pulled up her big girl panties and just did what she had to do.
The banter between the characters was great. I loved Gran. She is one of the best. I loved that Malachi had her and that she just rolled with the punches. Like always, this author wrote and engaging read that I didn’t want to put down until it was done. It gives us a little insight into who the last book on this series will be about, and I can’t wait. 4 stars #2OCCJD
Nobody Knows (SWAT Generation 2.0 #11) by: Lani Lynn Vale
Nobody Knows by Lani Lynn ValeMy rating: 5 of 5 starsShe had me at hello. I was so determined that Nobody Knows was not the book for me until it came time to say goodbye. Turns out Malachi and Sierra put the moves on my emotions so quickly, I never saw it coming. Every tear I cried, every smile I found, every reveal that I discovered made the experience one of the best I've had. Vale stole my heart right out of my chest without my ever having known. My heart may never recover from falling in love so rapidly. My favorite of the series.View all my reviews
