Great hotel in a great location. We were a group of friends enjoying a week away. The first impression was wow quickly followed by a debacle at check in. After contacting management the issues were sorted out and addressed which was greatly appreciated. On the plus side breakfast was wonderful, the facilities fabulous. But the highlight was Xander our fantastic mixologist who made the best cocktails, always with a smile even when very busy. His advice on trying something new has now given me a new favourite drink. What an asset he is to the hotel. A great holiday had by all.

The process to order your meals was ridiculous. I’ve never had to go out of a restaurant and walk across the pool to order anything let alone a meal.

A group of nine mature ladies visited Cairns and stayed at this resort. Comfortable rooms, centrally located so you could walk to marina, restaurants and station.Breakfast buffet was excellent with an extensive selection to suit all tastes. Pool area is attractive and relaxing, a true tropical oasis. Xander, one of the bar staff made our stay special with his friendly yet professional manner. His entertaining cocktail skills were a treat to watch making cocktails one and off the menu. Thank you Xander!
