3 day guided journaling retreat that helps you initiate clarity and understanding on a specific issue in your life. Each day starts with a guided meditation session to help participants center themselves. We will engage in various creative exercises, such as art journaling, and vision board making, designed to unlock their creativity and exploring their emotions, traumas, and generate deeper healing. All sessions are 90 minutes and hosted on Zoom.
