By accessing the Services, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself or those you represent (“you”) to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and SurfVPN. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our Services.
The service is not available to persons who are not eligible or to any users previously suspended, terminated or removed from the service by SurfVPN. "Eligible" means, with respect to the VIP Service, 18 years of age or older, and with respect to the free Service, 16 years of age or older.
SurfVPN is committed to your privacy and does not collect or log browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries from users connected to our VPN service.
For the sake of clarity and transparency, we have placed all information related to data collection in a separate document known as the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy in its entirety to get a clear understanding of how we handle your sensitive data.
SurfVPN Services may be accessed from all around the world, so it is your responsibility to assess whether using the App or Services is in compliance with local laws and regulations. Whenever you use the Apps or Services, you should comply with these Terms and applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
SurfVPN does not condone or endorse any unlawful, illicit, criminal or fraudulent activities perpetrated by using the SurfVPN Services. In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, SurfVPN reserves the right to take appropriate measures when our Services are being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that SurfVPN may terminate your subscription, without providing a refund for Services already paid, if you misuse the Service.

By subscribing to the Services, you agree to become a subscriber for the period you have elected. Each paid subscription grants you to use on 5 different devices at any given time. SurfVPN reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time.
When you subscribe the annually plan, you will receive access to the subscription benefits at no charge for 7 days trial period, after which you will be charged until you cancel your subscription. Once you cancel your trial, you will immediately lose any subscription privileges.
You may cancel a subscription at any time before the end of the applicable billing period, and the cancellation will apply to the next period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you may cancel that subscription at any time during any month of the subscription, and the subscription will be cancelled as of the following month. You can continue to using our VIP services during the remainder of the current billing period; however, your VIP access will terminate at the end of the billing period during which your subscription is cancelled.
When you purchase a subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If the price of the subscription increases later, you will receive an email notification. If you do not wish to pay the increased price for a subscription, you may cancel the subscription as described in the Cancellations section of these Terms. If your subscription is cancelled and you later decide to re-subscribe, you will be charged at the then current subscription rate.
Once your subscription starts you can’t get a refund for any payments you’ve already made. If you don’t want to subscribe any more, cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.
We might need to update this Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or operations. If you continue to use SurfVPN's Services, then you agree to the revised Terms. You understand and agree that it is your obligation to review these Terms from time to time in order to stay informed on current rules and obligations. Your use of the Services following the changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.
