J.S. Scott has written another winner!
I loved Enamored as much as the two previous books in the series. Seth and Riley’s story is intense, passionate, emotional, hot, sexy and sweetly charming. These two are amazing together. The way they complement each other, support each other, make each other laugh and overall interact makes this book a feel good romance! J.S. Scott gets it right every time. Emotional, page-turning reads and characters that stay with you long after you close the book. I listened to the audio version performed by Elizabeth Powers and really enjoyed her narrative. She reads with just the right amount of emotion and gives the characters distinct voices. Can’t wait to read Noah’s story. Overall rating : 4.5 stars!

It features an absolutely swoon worthy alpha male hero and a heroine who needs to learn she is worthy of unconditional love. The Accidental Billionaires series are all contemporary romances that follow a family of brothers and sisters who go from blue-collar to billionaire overnight. They have some family cross-over, but they can all be easily read as standalone HEA romances.
Seth Sinclair has taken his share of the family windfall and invested in his own property and construction company. It has been quite a change to go from construction worker to head of his own company, but he has made it work and prosper. Just one problem, the beach front he wants to develop is a nesting site of an endangered bird and a beautiful and stubborn environmental attorney is fighting Seth every step of the way. Even as he considers giving in for his sister’s sake, he does not want to quit his sparring with Riley.
Riley Montgomery wants the beach front property for a wildlife sanctuary. She has been battling Seth for months and has suddenly received a proposition from Seth. If she will pretend to be his girlfriend and help him at society functions for two months, he will hand over the land. As apprehensive as she is, she wants that land and agrees with certain conditions and one of those is absolutely NO sex.
Seth is not happy with Riley’s conditions, but he is willing to play along for now. As the sexual tension builds, Seth wants nothing more than to prove to Riley he will always be there for her unconditionally. Riley has a secret from her past though that she feels makes her unworthy of Seth and his love.
This is such an emotionally charged romance. Seth is BBF swoon worthy. (I want one of those!) Riley is so strong to have survived her past, grown out of the need to be a part of her old social circle and be willing to allow Seth in and tell him the truth. Seth is absolutely perfect for Riley. The sex scenes are explicit, but not gratuitous. I felt they were well written and take into account Riley’s history. This is the type of billionaire romance I like. Rags to riches, but not letting the money change who and what you are. Family, true friends and love is still the core of the Sinclair family values.
Ms. Scott has written an entertaining, steamy and healing romance that I can highly recommend. I now need to catch up on the previous books as I wait for the next which I hope will be Noah’s story.

Another wonderful story from J S Scott.
I loved this book as much as the others in this series,
Seth and Riley both have had alot to overcome in their lives and both prove they are so much more than their bank balances. They make a lovely pair.
Fun, steamy and gripping.
Absolutely can't wait for Noah's book now!

Loved this book! Strong willed Seth and Riley battling for land but falling for each other! They have great chemistry. I loved Riley opening with her past and Seth just knowing he wanted to be with her! I could not put the book down. Such a great story!
Together they grow. I love the Sinclairs. The protectiveness of the family is amazing. Everyone should have a Seth loving them.

Enamored by J. S. Scott is book Three in the Accidental Billionaires Series. This is the story of Seth Sinclair and Riley Montgomery. I have read (and Loved!) the previous books and I do feel that added to my enjoyment of this story but feel you could make this a standalone book if you wish to do so.
Seth has land that endangered birds are on that he has been thinking about developing into something else since he was originally into construction business. But Riley is out to change his mind about that. Seth did meet Riley briefly in the last book and Riley has become a friend of his sister who also into saving animals and the earth. But Seth is attracted to Riley and he knows that he wants her so he goes forward to make a deal with her that he will not develop the land if she pretends to be his girlfriend to keep other women from throwing themselves at him until things die down.
I am a big fan of Ms. Scott's writing so this was a must read for me.

Another phenomenal book by J.S. Scott❣️
At the end of book two in the Accidental billionaires series I knew this series would be a winner and that Riley and Seth were going to be next😁 Seth and Riley are in an ongoing legal battle about a piece of property that Seth wants to develop, but Riley as an environmental lawyer is trying to protect the wildlife that uses that land for their babies during summer. Seth is reluctant to let the property go but only because he wants more time with Riley and knows she will go away if he just gives in and makes the land a sanctuary💕
Seth makes her a proposal but it unfortunately airs a lot of secrets that Riley wasn’t yet ready to face about her past. I love Seth and Riley and how amazing Seth is in supporting her and her decisions. This book was phenomenal and should not be missed. I’m hoping for Noah’s story next as I feel he needs to find some love😍 Thank you to J.S. Scott, Netgalley and Montlake the publisher for my advanced copy for which I leave my honest review.

What a fantastic, emotional book this is, I couldn’t stop reading. Riley fights with Seth over some property, she’s a lawyer that protects endangered species. He doesn’t want to lose communicating with her, could he be falling for her? They have so much chemistry between them. This book really got to me, I was crying so hard over her past. Loved how patient Seth was. They help each other heal, and become so close and spend all their time together. Something happens and she retreats, but thankfully there’s a very happy ever after. I can’t wait to read Noah’s story which is next. I received an advanced readers copy through NetGalley and I highly recommend this book.

Can a relationship beginning as a fake one has a chance when one party is running away from any engagement...
When I came back to read romance again after a big hole of over ten years, Mrs J.J. Scott was one of the few of the contemporary authors to catch my eyes, I loved her Sinclairs and Walker series.
Since I have distanced a bit about billionaires romance as I do prefer their historical counterpart but when I saw this new release, I was tempted.
What I like about Mrs Scott’s heroes is they are all respectful men, they are the ones to save the day but they are not also flawless as they are a bit on the alpha side, “you Jane, me Tarzan”!
Seth knows from the beginning what he wants and since he has met Riley, it is her, so he uses his property as leverage to get closer to her.
He never had a real relationship as his today’s life until recently was only centered about putting food on the table and help his younger siblings to go to college.
So when he meets the woman who does see him as a bank account or a piece of meat for a bit of fun, he is lost to her.
But Riley is still recovering from the abuses of her past, she is in counseling to help her face and accept what wounded her deeply. So when Seth lands in her life, she is far from ready for an affair as she still deals with the aftermaths of her previous relationship.
And Seth would not be a Sinclair if he did not go after the woman he knows in his guts is for him.
In spite of the difficult topic about child abuse, it is no dark read, as the author underlines the wounds it leaves in the life of the victims. But with comprehensive and loving people, if given the chance to have some around, it is easier to heal, and speech is an important part in the healing process.
A sweet fast paced read with a caring alpha and his other half in need of his support.

Enamored is the third book in the series Accidental Billionaires by J.S.Scott. This is another very steamy story about Seth, the second oldest brother of the Sinclair’s that were the second family to a bigamist Billionaire father. Seth and his siblings are new Billionaires after growing up struggling to make ends meet. Seth is the CEO of Sinclair Property Inc., a Contractor looking to build on a piece of property that has gotten the attention of his sister Jade and lawyer Riley Montgomery, champion of endangered wildlife. Jade is trying to persuade Seth to turning it into a wildlife refuge. Riley has spent the summer in a legal battle with Seth to try to save the endangered birds on this piece of land.
Seth has already decide to create the wildlife refuge for his sister Jade but he loves sparing with Riley and he is trying to find a way to be able to spend time with her. Seth decides to enter into agreement with Riley for her to spend time with Seth at some of the high society parties so he can actually make contacts with other investors for his business instead of being overwhelmed by the women newly attracted to him due to his recent increase in his bank account. But what Riley doesn’t know is that Seth is so attracted to her he would do anything to just spend time with her. Riley agrees to this contract with Seth in exchange for saving the endangered birds.
What will happen as Seth and Riley get to know each other? How will Seth handle knowing that Riley grew up with this elite circle of high society people? Dr. Jade Stone (wife, Brooke’s twin daughter/sister, PhD; wildlife conservation, nee Sinclair) was telling Seth Sinclair (son/brother, CEO, property developer, billionaire) even though the birds on the newly acquired beachfront property were an endangered species they could still build on it & leave the birds habitat alone.
A legal battle with Ms. Riley Montgomery (environmental lawyer, Harvard; JD) was also ongoing for the threatened birds’ reason.
Seth (34) & Riley had done an interview for Citrus Beach News.
The migrant birds had hatched their eggs & moved on, & hopefully wouldn’t return.
It was time for Sinclair Properties to build on Citrus Beach, CA.
Carol “Margaret” Montgomery (60+, mother) called to let Riley know Eli Stone (Jade’s husband, billionaire, philanthropist, Sinclair Properties silent partner) was having a fund raiser event.
Seth had invited Riley to the event. She finally accepted.
Seth in a not so formal way got introduced to Riley’s brothers: Hudson Montgomery (son), Jaxton Montgomery (son), & Cooper Montgomery (son). They owned/operated Montgomery Mining Co.
The company mines diamonds/precious gems.
As a hobby the 3 of them treasure hunt all over the world.

A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. A very well written erotic romantic book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a huge set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great erotic romance movie, or better yet a mini TV series. Not my normal cup of tea, but I still enjoyed it & will rate it at 5 stars.

Enamored was the third book in the Accidental Billionaires series by JS Scott. The series was a spinoff from the Sinclair series.
Seth Sinclair. We met him previously and I didn’t like him much, but I was curious. He was one of the three oldest Sinclair siblings that raised their younger three after their mother died young. He was alpha, protective and gorgeous. The Sinclair’s were poor growing up but became Billionaires overnight through an unexpected inheritance. Seth was still struggling with the adjustment but was now the CEO of Sinclair Properties.
Riley Montgomery was an environmental attorney. She was doing what she loved. Unfortunately that meant going head to head with the stubborn yet gorgeous Seth Sinclair over a piece of property that didn’t need to be developed. Riley was snarky, sassy, intelligent, beautiful and independent.
I grew to love both Seth and Riley. I loved who they were inside. Riley had her own fair share of baggage, but that only made me grow to love her more. They were perfect together but it wasn’t a short story. Scott took us through their friendship and growth before leading us to the couple. Enamored was my favorite of the series so far.
It was well written and endearing but also challenging at times. No spoilers so no elaboration on the challenging part, but I wished we could have seen a more legal conclusion for those that deserved it. For those with triggers, this may be one. Enough said for now.
I loved the loyalty among the Sinclair family. It was consistent with Scott’s previous writings but it was never old. The family bond was strong. Scott also gave us more clues for Noah’s story - the eldest sibling who gained custody of his five younger siblings at age eighteen. He grew up poor, hard and fast. His story is next in Enchanted. And the Montgomery Brothers - wow! Please tell me we’ll have another series!

I have a big cheesy smile on my face after finishing this lovely and addicting story. JS Scott thank you so much for bringing Seth to us, he is simply the most perfect book boyfriend I've ever met and he's someone that every girl could only dream of 😍 And girl can dream, right?
This is my first ever book read by JS Scott, and as always I was reluctant trying new to me author, but I'm not a bit disappointed. Her writing style is beautiful and luring and I fell in love with main characters and the story plot got my attention from the very first pages of the book.
This is the third book in Accidental billionaires series, and while it could be read as a stand-alone or is recommended to read in the order for a better back story. This story makes me feel that the other books in series are equally awesome and I'm definitely going to keep my eye on the next one, which I believe will give us Noah's HEA.

Not because she doesn't like Seth, actually she likes him tad bit too much to her liking, but because Riley has past demons to fight and deal with before she could have some room for love in her life.
The agreement they make and the effort and commitment it will cost them to keep both sides happy is the topic of this addicted and delightful story. This book is packed with camaraderie and banter between both of them, the chemistry and lust they feel to each other and the struggles they face in order to find their HEA.

Ok, the most important questions are: Where have I been?! Am I not involved so deep in the bookish community? Have I been blind not to see this series around?! Because this third book is absolutely fantastic! I cannot imagine the previous two, but I can definitely add them to my TBR.
Seth and Riley seem to have different motives behind their actions. They have a conflict and they need to solve it somehow. His next construction project is affecting an endangered species of birds. Funny thing is they reach an agreement in which she is his fake girlfriend. Now, who has more to gain, remains to be seen, since Riley has her own demons to fight and bad memories to keep at bay.
The two of them are amazing. They are clearly an adult couple, no childish attitude and with a mind set on the objective to accomplish. Seth’s however changes. With his sight set on the beautiful lawyer, he is hell bent on winning her trust and heart. His strength will give her the confidence she needs. The attraction they have, the connection, it’s so well described.
The author has managed to transpose the feelings into words and I was able to empathize with our characters. This, combined with a great plot, a hero and a heroine worth every page, it’s a recipe for success. So I feel compelled to give 5 stars. I MUST make sure I get my hands on the series and I do advise you to do the same. “Enamored” can be read as a standalone, but I am convinced the other books are at least as amazing as this one. Seth Sinclair, along with his siblings went from blue-collar to billionaire overnight, and whilst having no desire to infuse himself with the entitled rich, he is serious about his work construction. There's only one thing in his way - the endangered birds nesting on a piece of prime beachfront real estate, and fiercely fighting for the birds is environmental lawyer Riley Montgomery. A thorn in his side, Seth finds his focusing veering away from work on right onto Riley – in order to send time with her he decides to make a deal she cannot refuse.
I liked the fact that Seth respected Riley’s rules and didn’t judge her when she told him the truth (there was nothing to judge), but he did have one or two idiot moments.
Riley’s mother I really disliked, and I was rather peeved that there wasn’t a scene where Riley’s siblings found out the horrible truth and verbally crushed her to smithereens.
Overall, an easy one time read, which did have me fairly engaged. I just wanted a tiny bit more oomph to some of the events and reactions. But as one of my reads on a long train trip it did the job – kept me awake and fairly entertained.

Totally Amazing
I have fallen in love with all of these stories and I cannot help but read them over and over again. Everything with these stories bring you right into the lives of the Sinclairs. But you soon learn that the other people around them have lives too.
There is always excitement and someone is always getting possessive, jealous, angry, or falling in love. We always know it will be happy at the end, but the drama in the middle still keeps you guessing until the end.
You cannot help but fall in love yourself.

Enamored made every page count. Scott takes the term heartbreaker seriously. Seth and Riley went from raw to inspiring. Riley could be the poster child for bad luck. Seth is the next Sinclair to get his happy in this series and I am all in and enjoying my way through this. He is newly minted billionaire and building his business and wants to build a resort on a piece of property his already owns, however, a pretty conservation lawyer is suing him to stop him because of an endangered bird. She sits down across from him at the coffee shop to scare off the women who only saw dollar signs when they looked at him and he was hooked from the first meeting. These two were perfect together. Both have insecurity issues and are slightly damaged but bring out the best in each other. Watching them come together and blossom was perfect. Now, I cannot wait to see how the last brother is brought down by love when he professes he will not!

J.S. Scott literally NEVER disappoints! I absolutely loved this installment in the Accidental Billionaires series. Just like all her books, this hero and heroine deal with some very real and very serious issues and yet find a way to overcome their past in order to be happy with each other. It is always such a sweet happily ever after. I am very IMPATIENTLY awaiting Noah's book. I can't wait!

When I first discovered J.S Scott, I automatically fell in love with her work, and I am thrilled because, with every release, she writes an even better book. Just when you think her writing can't get more perfect, she proved you wrong. The accidental billionaires series is phenomenal and so beautiful. In enamored, we finally get Seth's story, Seth, who became a billionaire overnight and decides to invest in what he knows best: construction, not realizing that he is about to meet the love of his life. There is an endangered bird nest in the property he wants. Enter Riley and environmental lawyer who is fighting for those endangered birds. As soon as these two meet, we can feel the sparks and can't help but cheer for both of them throughout the book. Our characters will help each other heal some dark things they have gone through. Seth is protective of those he loves, and he will do anything ho protect Riley. As soon as I started to read this book, I could not put it down and spent all night reading it. Another incredible book that will leave you wanting more from J.S Scott.

Riley, an environmental lawyer, is determined to save the land and the birds. They make an unconventional agreement that if Riley agrees to be his fake girlfriend to scare all the women who just care about his money away, he will leave the land alone.
Seth is what book boyfriends are made of. He’s swoony, sweet, protective, and funny as well. I loved the way he acted around Riley and how he was determined to win her heart. Neither of them had the easiest upbringing but watching them work together to get past that was pure and wonderful.
Note: This book can be read as a stand-alone but I highly recommend reading the two books prior to this one. You will get a little background story on the family. I can’t wait for the next story, hopefully Noah will finally get his happily ever after.

Loved this book. Seth is one of the “other” Sinclair’s and Riley is the lawyer that is going after him about an endangered bird that is on his new property. These two meet when she rescues him from unwanted women’s attention. They have some banter back and forth and Seth knows he wants her.
This was such a great storyline with both of their backgrounds. Seth is an amazing selfless guy and Riley is a strong woman with a heartbreaking past. Together these two will steal your heart.

This beautiful story about Seth and Riley, was amazingly filled with layers. There was the driven, but also fun loving, new billionaire trying to find his way in a new world.
In spite of the difficult topic about child abuse, it is no dark read, as the author underlines the wounds it leaves in the life of the victims. But with comprehensive and loving people, if given the chance to have some around, it is easier to heal, and speech is an important part in the healing process.
A sweet fast paced read with a caring alpha and his other half in need of his support.

The Sinclair’s are back and are better than ever. We are getting Seth’s story. Seth is not use to having women throw themselves at him but now he is a Billionaire women are coming out of the woodworks. Attorney Riley Montgomery idk use to mingling with the rich since she was raised in wealth, but she got out of that world and now fights for the underdog. Can these two mix their worlds especially when they are on opposite sides. These two have more in common than they know and are great together.
