The aim of this survey is to connect trans men, trans women, and gender non-conforming with qualified and sensitive healthcare providers, based on the recommendations and personal experiences of other trans folk. Your answers to the survey will help us build our referral system of healthcare providers, to whom we will refer trans people who call our sexuality hotline. Please feel free to also write about negative experiences with doctors, so we DON’T refer people to them.
Note that your responses are fully anonymous. We never ask for your name or contact information. We only need the names and contact details of doctors.
TIP:
It would make filling the survey much easier and faster if you pull out the names and phone numbers of doctors you have seen ahead of time.
