Red Mesa is a staple in the St. Pete food scene. They offer impressive margaritas at Cantina (along with a gorgeous rooftop events space), delicious street tacos at Mercado, and a legendary sangria bar at the original Red Mesa. Now, they’re adapting to the times and launching a fourth concept, Red Mesa Quatro.

The all online restaurant features some classic comfort dishes with that signature Red Mesa twist. Dishes include a bacon-wrapped hotdog with chipotle mayo and ketchup, a steak Cuban sandwich, a mojo chicken Cuban sandwich, and ranch fries (a whole baked potato cut into wedges and fried.

Red Mesa Quatro also features Pad Thai, and their own “Una Poke” bowl. The restaurant is available for pickup through UberEats, or pickup at 128 3rd Street North. You can browse the full menu online.
