Zusammenfassung

Zur Wiederherstellung der Vorderkammer nach Operationen wird häufig Luft injiziert. Jeder Operateur weiß, daß danach ein Pupillarblock eintreten kann (Barraquer, Troutman and Rutllan, 1965). Die Erhöhung des Augeninnendruckes führt dann oft zu schweren Schäden. Da die Versorgung der Cornea mit nutritiven Metaboliten zum großen Teil aus dem Kammerwasser erfolgt, untersuchten wir, ob die Ernährung der Cornea durch eine Luftblase in der Vorderkammer beeinträchtigt wird.
