I need to give a good review even I have not been to the office . My Mom has mobility issues and has some issue with her teeth. I called the office , Jenelle was able to help me to coordinate , saved me money, time and unnecessary trips . I feel they are truly care about the patient . Good communications , quick response. I feel this office has a good work ethics just by talking to them . I would definitely go to this office if I need any root canal in the future.

Every now and then you run into an angel. Dr. Opp is an angel disguised as a dentist. I am SO grateful for her kindness, honesty, and integrity. I am blessed to have come into her care! And you will be too. Seriously the best dental experience of my life. Also a shout out to her dental assistant (sorry forgot name) and the office manager Janelle. Love you all :)

I will start out this review stating that Dr. David Keating, DDS, did NOT meet my expectations, and in this case, that was a GREAT thing!

To clarify, I was having severe pain in my lower right back molar, and my dentist in Roseville (Dr. Karanvir Sibia at ACE Dental, a great general dentist, by the way) was able to see me on short notice on Monday, January 3rd, 2022. He was able to deduce that I had a tiny little fracture in that molar, and that I might need a root canal. I was referred to EADG and was able to get in for a 1:30 PM appointment.

Now I already have a healthy phobia of dentists, thanks to an awful one I had as a child. That was compounded by the very mention of a possible root canal, fueled by some horror stories I've heard from others.

I told EVERYONE at EADG this: the receptionist, the hygienist assisting Dr. Keating, and Dr. Keating himself. They were very empathetic and reassured me that I was not in the minority in this; Dr. Keating reinforced this by saying that anyone referred to their office wasn't there after receiving good news.

Dr. Keating and the hygienist (I wish I'd asked her name) were exceptional and made my first (hopefully ONLY) root canal less of a nightmare than I was anticipating. Dr. Keating explained each step of the process (from testing, to applying a topical anesthetic, to injecting the local anesthetic. (I won't sugarcoat THAT part of the process--that was uncomfortable, and thankfully, the worst part of it.) After injecting the local, he made doubly sure I was numbed up more than adequately: he asked if I still had sensation to the midline of my lip, and when I said I did, he shot me up even more. He continued to describe what he was doing, and as a medical professional myself (I've been a nurse for 31 years), I truly appreciated that. He was also very pleasant and complimentary to the hygienist, remarking how well she seemed to anticipate what equipment he needed, though this was the first time she'd assisted him. That earned Dr. Keating even more points in my book. A few final x-rays (seeing these very fine needles inserted into my tooth all the way to apex of its roots was cool and disconcerting at the same time), a temporary filling (in preparation for a crown at my regular dentist's office), and I was all done!

To reiterate, I entered the office VERY anxious: my hands were cold, I had a decent stomachache going on, and I was expecting the worst discomfort and unpleasantness one could imagine. So in this regard, when I declare that Dr. Keating and his work did NOT meet my expectations, I happily mean that in the BEST possible way.

(By the way, Dr. Keating, no offense meant, but I hope I never have to come by and see you again. I'll absolutely sing your praises to anyone who needs an endodontist, however!)

I went in this morning for a ROOT CANAL and I was really blown away with the warm welcome I received from Janel. She politely asked me to wait just a few minutes and Dr. Savani would be with me shortly.

The wait was not long at all. Cathy helped me get comfortable on the chair and explained the procedure, as well as, taking a few XRays. She also talked to me about herself and the same for me while we made time pass by as the novocaine kicked in.

Shortly thereafter.......Dr. Savani came in and asked a few questions regarding the tooth and how I was feeling. Both Cathy and Dr. Savani asked how I was doing throughout the whole process, making sure I was still hanging in there. SO AWESOME.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ENDODONTIC DENTAL GROUP TO EVERYONE.

Janelle at the front desk has great customer service and is very helpful. Sorry if I spelled her name wrong but she is very polite and called me well ahead of time regarding rescheduling which is very important due to my tight schedule. So far I've had great experiences with this place. Would definitely recommend.

Having made it a half century without needing to see an enodontist, I somehow ended up at Endodontic Associates 3 times in the last 14 months. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming; the doctors are deliver excellent results from procedures, while being caring, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend these folks.

I needed a root canal and had originally gone to Woodland Smiles. Woodland Smiles told me it was a three-step process, meaning I'd have to come in for three appointments! I'm only in the area for a couple of weeks and didn't have time for that. They referred me to Endodontic Associates Dental Group. I called and made an appointment and was able to get in within a few days.

After having one bad experience at another dentist years ago, I've had pretty bad dental anxiety. Not to mention I've only heard bad things about root canals. I opted to pay an extra hundred dollars for nitrous so I could relax during the procedure.

Dr. Wong did my root canal. He was very professional, and made me feel comfortable. I felt no pain except from one of the numbing shots. The whole process went faster than I expected. Apparently it took about an hour, but it only felt like 10 mins. After the procedure he said goodbye and moved onto his next patient. My mouth was numb and I sounded silly when I was talking. I wanted to thank him for doing such a good job and making me feel comfortable. My dental anxiety is gone, and I feel brave enough that if I ever do need another root canal, I could go in confidently and not even have to use the nitrous. He did the whole thing in one day! Now I'm getting my crown today. I was also told by family members that I would probably feel sore today because of the procedure. I feel fine.

I'm sure of of their dentists are great, but I highly recommend making your root canal appointments with Dr. Wong. I have no regrets. I'm so happy my tooth is fixed, and my dental anxiety is gone.

I recently had to have an emergency root canal and my dentist sent me to Endodontic Associates dental group and they were great! The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. David Keating was incredible and talked me through my procedure and was very attentive and made sure I felt no pain at all! To my surprise it was not painful and his assistants Chaunyce and Faiza were wonderful and very kind! They offered me a blanket and took great care of me! Thank you so much for turning my scared anticipation into pleasant experience!

I have previously only seen Dr. Opp at the Roseville location but since she moved here, I chose to drive to Woodland instead of switch to a different endodontist. The location is so pretty and has a woodland feel with cute paths and water. Dr. Opp is SO wonderful, like always. She spent more time than she had to explaining my issue and encouraging me to continue treatment instead of putting it off like I tend to do. I also discovered she is a huge cat lover, which makes me respect her even more. I'm so glad I have her in case I ever need another root canal. Also, the receptionist is welcoming and fun to talk to. :)
