Welcome to our page! We provide accommodation in Apartments and Studios in Varna city, on the coast of Black-Sea in Bulgaria. Our flats occupy the entire 6th (last) floor of a new house-block with modern design. The house-block is located on a quiet street in Varna city-center, with convenient transport links to all directions. There are an entry phone system and a lift for easy access up to the 5th floor; the last floor can be accessed by stairs only. Flats are fully furnished, including bed and/or sofa, cupboard, table, air-conditioner, flat TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Each flat has its own private bathroom (with shower, toilet, basin, and free toiletries) and kitchen/ kitchenette (with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kitchenware and coffee/tea facilities). Some amenities are shared, like washing machine, iron and ironing board. Double beds and large sofas make it possible to accommodate groups of up to 4 people or couples with children. The sizes of the balconies are approx. 3m x 1.3m, where you can enjoy the nice evenings with fresh air.
There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as banks, 24h store, local market, bakery, tailor, hairdresser, and others. There is a 10 minutes’ walk distance (approx. 1 km) to the famous Varna Cathedral, Varna City Hall, Opera House, spectacular fountains and pedestrian area. Another 10 minutes’ walk distance is up to the beach. The nearest airport (Varna Airport) is 7 km away. We invite couples with children, groups of up to 4 people, single adventurers and business travelers. Enjoy staying with us!
