Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate

To provide tax exemption certificate to hotel to claim exemption from hotel tax. 

  • Leave top portion of form filled in as is
  • Leave “Educational Entities” checked
  • Complete guest (traveler) and hotel information
  • Sign form and present printed copy of both pages to hotel staff
