活動簡介

本社企，The Project Futurus，於「社創基金 SIE Fund」資助下舉辦18場「流動感官大茶樓」活動，根據「五感」——視覺、觸覺、嗅覺、味覺及聽覺，營造懷舊茶樓的氛圍，並即場製作新鮮軟餐點心，為長者提供獨特的「飲茶」體驗。

活動針對認知障礙症長者而設，分設不同價格、軟硬度和質感的點心餐單，機構可按不同需要的長者選購。

Activity Introduction:
Funded by the SIE Fund, The Project Futurus is going to hold 'Sensory Restaurant on Wheels' based on the five senses (i.e. Sight, Hearing, Touch, Smell and Taste), creating an atmosphere of a nostalgic Cantonese restaurant. Soft meals of Dim Sum would be prepared on the spot, providing the elderly with a unique "Yum Cha" experience.

The activity aims at the elderly suffering from dementia, and a variety of prices, softness and textures could be chosen from our Dim Sum Menu based on individuals' needs.
