We are headed on an amazing South African Cultural, Culinary and Safari Journey,  (August 31  - September 8, 2021) for 8 Days and 7 Nights. 

We will start our 5 Star South African Journey in Cape Town to take part of the delicious gourmet cuisine, unrivaled South African wines, nightlife, dynamic touring & history, then we are off to experience our luxury safari game drives to view the Big 5 in Kruger National Game Park where prizes will be awarded to the best dressed Man and Woman on Safari, so bring your Safari Fashion A-Game.  We will then end our journey in Johannesburg to immerse ourselves into the township of SOWETO culture & history with some time for shopping before heading back to the USA.  So grab your Significant Other, Family Members, BFF's, Buddies, pack your bags and prepare for an epic journey to my favorite place in the world, Amazing South Africa!!!  

For those who are interested, Call AAIC Luxury Travel today at 617-491-0211 Ext 2. to book and RSVP your place with a $1,500.00pp non refundable deposit due on or before August 31, 2020!  Travel Protection Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this non refundable journey and will be quoted separately.  The remaining payments will be taken in 10 equal payment installments with the final payment due on or before July 5, 2021 – no exceptions.  Please note there is a 3.5% merchant processing fee for all major credit and debit cards transactions.  To avoid these fees, you can Zelle your installment payments to aaicluxurytravel@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE:  International Airfare is NOT included in the pricing.  Your internal Domestic Flights in South Africa are included.  Please see Pricing and Terms tab above for detailed pricing information.

o   Planned - means that the specified item is included in the proposal.

o   Recommended - means that i am recommending the item mentioned.

o   Optional - means that we can send you rates for the optional items specified and chosen by the clients.

o   Information - means that i am giving you more information about the item/are listed.
 

· IMPORTANT NOTE:  AAIC LUXURY TRAVEL and their travel partners are supporting the “Born to Live Wild” campaign that discourages tourists from visiting facilities where direct engagement with captive predators is permitted, and therefore in light of this we will unfortunately not be in a position to assist with any reservations or arrangements for a visit to any such facilities.

Should the guests wish to visit any facilities of this nature, they can contact them directly to book and pay for a visit.

· Please note this cost proposal is based on the hotel properties and activities as outlined in the itinerary.  Should the dates, itinerary, number of people or accommodation properties change; we would need to re-cost this proposal.

· Please note that any meals included  as Planned or Recommended  in this proposal are based on standard western meals.  Should there be a need for special meals, i.e. Kosher or Halaal, a surcharge will be applicable, and is quoted separately to the base price person sharing.
