Refreshing Cucumber Lime Margaritas #cocktail #drink

Refreshing Cucumber Lime Margaritas #cocktail #drink

I simply love margaritas. I pine for them on warm, summery days. Be that as it may, they must be made juuust right. Margaritas are best when they're custom made. I've never discovered a premade margarita blend that I like. They are very sugary and simply, well, counterfeit tasting. Nothing can beat crisp lime juice.

Additionally, those premade blends have such huge numbers of calories! This scrumptious cucumber lime margarita just has 135 calories. It's a beverage both your mouth and abdomen will love.

This sugar free margarita should enable you to maintain a strategic distance from any aftereffects the following day. Which implies in the event that you have a couple of these on Monday night for Cinco de Mayo, you'll be a great idea to go Tuesday morning.

These too reviving cucumber lime margaritas are my new fixation. They are made with only 3 fixings: cucumber juice, tequila and lime juice. Doesn't get less difficult than that. It tastes simply like a margarita, with a trace of cooling cucumber juice.

The cucumber gives these margaritas a reviving flavor without including sugar and not very many calories. I feel like the cucumber juice is hydrating me, despite the fact that it's a mixed drink. Drinking this is fundamentally similar to going on a juice scrub, correct?

These super refreshing cucumber lime margaritas are my new obsession. So good for summer, and great for Cinco de Mayo cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
Cucumber Juice

  • 2 cucumbers*, peeled, makes roughly 1.5 cups of juice

Cucumber Lime Margarita

  • 1–1/2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1–1/2 ounces fresh lime juice (usually half a lime)
  • 3 ounces cucumber juice
  • lime and cucumber wedges for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cucumber juice: Juice the peeled cucumbers in your juicer or blender. If using a blender, add the cucumber and blend for about 30-45 seconds until it looks like thick juice. Separate the pulp from the juice by setting a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or large measuring cup. Gently push on the pulp using a wooden spoon or spatula. There will be enough cucumber juice to make 4 margaritas.
  2. Margarita: In an 8 ounce glass filled with ice, add the tequila, lime juice and cucumber juice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a wedge of cucumber and lime.
