At Bunny Wonderland, finding a forever home for our rescued rabbits is an important mission. We work closely with each adopter to ensure they are ready for the commitment.

This is an inquiry form for you to express your interest in adopting our rescued rabbits. We review every single form within 3 days but due to limited manpower, only suitable adopters will be contacted by phone and invited for viewing.

To ensure successful adoption, please:

1. Read the background of our rabbits and write in only if you are able to fulfill their needs. You can find their profiles in our gallery: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1062768037239983&type=3.

2. Read our Rabbit Care Guide (https://bit.ly/2FdMFA6) carefully and ensure you meet all the requirements prior to writing in. Failure to do so is often reflected in the form and your application may not be selected for adoption.

We do not:
[x] have babies or unsterilized rabbits for adoption
[x] split up bonded pairs to adopt them separately.
[x] allow our rabbits to be housed in cages, toilets or outdoor garden.
[x] allow our rabbits to be adopted into a school, nursing home or office.
[x] allow our rabbits to be primarily cared for by children, seniors or domestic helper.
[x] introduce our rabbits to unsterilized resident rabbits. Please elaborate any special circumstances.

*Please note that the requested information will be used only for the adoption process and will be guarded in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).*

We require our adopters to meet our adoption requirements below. Please CHECK ALL to acknowledge your agreement. *

The rabbit is to be adopted as a companion and to be cared for by an adult (domestic helper do not count).

The rabbit will be housed indoor and allow roaming outside of playpen at least 3 hours a day.

The rabbit will be housed in a playpen (minimum 1m x 1m for 1 rabbit, 2m x 1m for 2 rabbits).

The rabbit will be brought to a rabbit-savvy vet within 3 months of adoption for a health screening.

I am informed of the ''Pay It Forward' adoption fee which is $100 for a single rabbit and $150 for a bonded pair.
