The Role
CareSuper is looking for a diligent superannuation compliance professional to join our fast paced and diverse Compliance and Risk Team. With the organisation experiencing continued growth we are expanding the team and the successful applicant will be expected to be able to hit the ground running with a strong focus on a range of communications reviews, internal advice and compliance support.
You will have experience specific to superannuation and meet the RG146 requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing regulatory and procedural compliance advice as well as providing compliance and risk reviews across the business.
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary studies/qualifications/Diploma relevant to compliance/financial services. RG146 qualification preferable
- Build ability to communicate and influence others to achieve compliance targets and results
- Develop commercially focused problem solving and decision-making skills
- Organisational skills – ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, have sound time management and prioritisation skills
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, including on large ongoing projects, involving cross functional teams
- Team player and practical "hands on" focus
