Hello fellow travelers, we, two brothers and their wives, fell in love with Costa Rica in 2014. After we had spent our holidays several consecutive years in Santa Teresa, we decided to buy a piece of land. With the help of our dear friends Martín and Julie we overcame administrative and other hurdles and started the construction of The Green House in May 2018. Person of contact for you in Santa Teresa will be our property manager Martín, who is happy to take care of any questions and needs, including restaurant recommendations, pointing you towards amazing surfspots or organizing shuttles and trips.

Property info

The Greenhouse combines environmental sustainable living in harmony with nature, beach life and passion for design. It is situated in the hills above Santa Teresa beach overlooking lush jungle with stunning ocean views. Embedded into nature, its walls of glass and the light architecture almost give the appearance of a house floating in mid-air. Being amidst the tree tops, The Greenhouse is the perfect place to experience the flora and fauna of Costa Rica. Less than a 3-minute drive away from the most beautiful beaches, the best surf hotspots, amazing restaurants and a variety of shopping facilities, you can enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this 1 acre property. The Greenhouse comprises 3 completely independent units with separate access connected by an external floating wooden path. The private furnished terraces have a plunge pool beautifully embedded into the floor of the deck. Wooden sliding gates at the sides of the terraces can be closed for maximum privacy, which makes The Greenhouse perfectly suited for families, groups of friends or private yoga retreats looking for an exceptional experience.
