Shy Wolf Sanctuary rescues 9 rare New Guinea Singing Dogs

by The 100 Companies

While coordinating an out-of-state wolfdog rescue, Shy Wolf Sanctuary received another call about nine New Guinea Singing Dogs in need of urgent rescue. Volunteers drove an RV to Illinois to retrieve the animals and bring them to the safety and warmth of SWFL.

The New Guinea Singing Dogs are currently quarantined for medical evaluation and once cleared, will be evaluated for pet quality placement. In the State of Florida, the animals could be placed with someone holding a Class III wildlife permit. Those interested in adoption should email rescue@shywolfsanctuary.org.

Contributions for medical care can be made at ShyWolfSanctuary.org.
