288 Travel has secured agreements with area hotel providers guaranteeing our guests the lowest publicly available rates for this event weekend. This should give you the confidence to book your reservation with price assurance. If you find a more competitively advertised price from one of our hotel partners during the particular event dates, please contact our team immediately.

Amenities

We have reserved rooms at various local properties at different price points with many amenities to best meet your needs during your stay. Please review the particulars with the selected property of your choice to ensure your stay in Richmond is pleasant.

Room Types

Our hotels partners may offer a blend of king-sized bedding with pullout sleeper-sofas or rooms with two queen-sized (or double) beds. Please contact our team with questions and/or with situations in which inventory at your preferred property may be limited.

Booking/Holding Process

To confirm a block of rooms at one property, use the “HOLD A GROUP BLOCK” button on the right-hand side of the main booking page. Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email allowing you to share access to those reserved rooms with parents, guests, and participants with detailed instructions on how to formalize booking individual rooms. An automated email will be shared to help track the status of your group block reservations.

Key Dates/Information

Given the demand for housing in the greater Richmond area during this event weekend, your lodging needs may not be accommodated, and we encourage your teams to book sooner than later. All unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels within a few weeks of the event pending the specific property’s room release policies. At that time, 288 Travel's ability to assist you in finding appropriate accommodations will be limited.
