Present a charity fundraising event to help Martha Trust make every day special for people with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities.
Evenings schedule 📅 Sunday, December 6th 2020
Doors open for Elf ONLY open at 3:30 pm. Tickets are £30 per car
Film to begin at 5:00 pm. Ends 7 :30 pm
Doors open for Home Alone ONLY at 6:30 pm Tickets for Home Alone are £30 per car
Film to begin at 8:00 pm. Ends by 10 pm
Tickets to both events are £55:00

Tickets will be not available for purchase on the gate. Please do not call or arrive for tickets if the event has been sold out
🍟 🥤 Food and drinks are available on the night and help with raising money for the charity.
Timings are guidelines and circumstances may lead to necessary adjustments.
One car per group. No additional parking on site.
“Cars must be on site by 7.15 pm for Home Alone and that arrivals after this time will not be allowed entry in order to manage traffic flow. ”
Please ensure that you have a working FM Radio.
Marshalls will guide drivers to park their vehicles to ensure everyone has a clear view of the screen. please follow the instructions given. Larger vehicles may be asked to wait in a holding area and moved into place before the film begins.
F.A.Q
What happens when I arrive?
Bring your e-ticket or download it to your phone. We will scan your e-ticket. A steward will direct you to a parking space. Please check that you are able to see the whole of the screen from your position.
You will be given step by step instructions for the audio. Music will be playing at half volume to assist you with this.
There is no smoking or vaing or similar beside other cars - Please use the one-way system and adhere to social distancing requirements set out on the day.
Please note, film start times are guidelines as we need an element of darkness for you to enjoy the film. We will email you on the day if there are any changes to our schedule. We will also place this information on social media too.
What if it rains or the event is cancelled?
The Open Air Cinema will decide to cancel the event if potential heavy rain or high winds appear to make it too dangerous for the event to go ahead. We will refund your ticket immediately but your booking fee will be retained by Billetto. Other than this occurrence and like other outdoor concerts, all tickets are non-refundable.
Remember we can screen when it rains, so if it hasn't been cancelled via email, at our box office or Facebook pages. The event will go ahead.
The Open Air Cinema will reserve to the right to ask patrons to leave without refund, for anti-social behaviour.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
