Education & Experience Necessary
- 1 year in Automotive Coatings
- Bachelor’s Degree in either Chemistry or Engineering
Functional/Technical Expertise Necessary
- Ability to work with computers, applications, and lab test equipment.
- Problem Solving experience and proficiency – mechanical, process and technical problem solving skills
- Able to work well with people and communicate and share information.
- IT networking and database knowledge and education.
- Excel
- LEAN Six Sigma certification or desire to obtain
Alternatives considered to eliminate the position, combine and/or reassign duties:
This role will report into the Manager of the Cleveland Customer Technical Service Team. The Cleveland team as is cannot absorb the above activities and responsibilities for A&S and SPS. The role will functionally report to the Quality Manager in Adrian.PPG: We protect and beautify the world.
