The Board approves the attached resolution on an annual basis to allow necessary fund transfers to occur. The District paid off all remaining leases in Fiscal Year 2020 so no Debt Service fund transfers are in the final budget. The District is using operational funds to pay for select projects that are not part of the referendum scope so a transfer to Capital Projects is part of the final budget.
