Logo’s Prince Charming Escort Threatens Str8UpGayPorn: “Remove All Posts Concerning Mr. Sepulveda”

logo1-1-1024x677Logo’s bachelor rip off starring male escort Robert Sepulveda Jr., Finding Prince Charming, debuts tomorrow night, and they’re pulling out all the stops to generate publicity for the deliberately homophobic and predictably trashy reality show. Sepulveda Jr.’s escorting career, his XTube videos, his failed non-profit, and his alleged racism all made headlines last week, and now his lawyer is threatening Str8UpGayPorn for writing and commenting on those headlines.

On August 31st, Sepulveda Jr.’s lawyer sent the below letter to “Str8UpGayLive” (because it was sent to an incorrect contact, Str8UpGayPorn did not receive the letter or know it existed until today). In the letter, attorney Alan S. Clarke claims that Sepulveda Jr. has “long been seen as an activist for gay causes,” and that the XTube profile featuring videos of Sepulveda Jr. swallowing clients’ cum, injecting clients’ cum into his own penis, and shoving bottles up his gaping asshole was a “false account,” and that the person in the XTube videos is not Robert Sepulveda Jr.

sj1sj2Sepulveda Jr. is admitting that the video of him masturbating (which, along with all the other XTube videos, has been removed)—where his face is visible—is in fact him, but all of the other videos—where a face is not clearly visible—are not of him. That’s a convenient claim to make, and many would likely disagree, given that the dick, body, voice, and partial facial features in all of the videos are identical. Also, if this is not Robert Sepulveda Jr., who is it?

There’s also the slight problem of an envelope addressed to Robert Sepulveda being clearly visible in one of the videos, as screencapped by QueerClick:

rsjAfter claiming that the XTube videos are “not of him,” the lawyer asks Str8UpGayPorn to “remove all posts concerning Mr. Sepulveda,” which I will not do. Audaciously, Sepulveda Jr. then compares himself and the alleged impact of the videos to the tragic suicide of college student Tyler Clementi, who was not a male escort who advertised his services as a sex worker before going on a reality show:

sj3Curiously, a DMCA notice would only be enforceable if the person filing the notice was in fact the copyright holder of the content. So, if it’s not Robert Sepulveda Jr. in the videos, they can’t file a DMCA on work(s) with which they aren’t involved. If they do file a DMCA notice (and it appears they did with XTube), that means it is in fact Robert Sepulveda Jr. in the videos. All of this is irrelevant for Str8UpGayPorn, of course, as Str8UpGayPorn is not and never was hosting any of the XTube videos. (Update: You can now watch one of the cum-filled condom videos here.)

Finally, in case it wasn’t abundantly clear, you can without a doubt blame Robert Sepulveda Jr. for the suspension of Str8UpGayPorn’s Twitter account, which occurred last Saturday and has yet to be resolved. (Update: Str8UpGayPorn’s Twitter has since been un-suspended.)
