Call me “H.” or Hedonist if you prefer. I’m a Romance writer based in London and I’ve always been a dreamer, though it didn’t occur to me to write down the stories I kept dreaming up until 2012. You’ll not find flowery language and poetry in my work. What you will find though is believable characters, none of whom perfect, going through life and trying to find happiness. Just like the rest of us.
I first started writing because I craved to see more of “my kind of books” on the shelves. In any scenario, you’ll find me rooting for the underdog. The Rebound List was a very good book. I really enjoyed it. It was about a woman- Becky who had just gotten out of a 4 year relationship and decided that she did not want to start a new relationship on the rebound. Becky wanted to make sure that she was ready to settle down, trying to decide If she had lived her single life to the fullest before jumping right into another relationship.
So this is how the list was born.

Awesome List..right? So she starts off by online dating and looking for someone who fit one of her "To Do" lists. She comes across as a Virgin and she sends him a message. He isn't like her previous boyfriend who was skinnier then the average guy but she really likes what she sees in the Virgin's profile, he is a larger sized man, longer hair, goatee and has really good looks. So she shoots him a message and they strike up a conversation, and it goes well.. So they decide to go to a movie and see where it leads them. She does notice he is a little timid but she feels she can teach him and bring him out of his shell.
She sends him a little list telling him what she expects out of him.
1. There will be no obligations for the either of us; we can say no at any time if we're not feeling it.
2. I don’t just sleep with strangers, so I expect to be taken on a date first. I'll have a hotel room booked so we have a relatively neutral place to retreat to in case things go well.
3. Be clean and well groomed; I expect you to make an effort to look nice for me. (To avoid any confusion, I mean common sense stuff like taking a shower, clipping your nails and brushing your teeth etc. No need to worry about body hair)
4. I like for a man to make the first move. To help you along, remember that I won't make ANY physical contact unless I am open to more.
5. You're bringing the condoms.
Soo... see these are all things that all of us girls would like to make sure we suggest up front..Right? Right.
So now you will have to read this book and see if they go through with it, does Becky fulfil any of the other things on her "To Do" list? I guess you will have to read and see.
This was a quick read. There are 3 Books in a series and they are all out and the first one is free right now on Amazon. Cant beat free..right? :)
This book is also for mature 18+ readers.

My Review:
What fun! I loved her humor and either giggled or smiled the entire time I was reading. For the most part, this story actually sounds believable. Our heroine is a bit of bumbling mess, but a good person that is going through a rocky period. When she discovers her long-term boyfriend has been communicating with his ex, she finds it a convenient excuse to end her lack luster relationship, and along with the urging of her more adventuresome friend, concocts a plan of discovery and exploration with her new found freedom. After narrowing down her list of desired experiences, she sets out on her undertaking with hilarious yet steamy and mostly satisfying results. Although she is also racked with guilt and self-doubt as she is inexperienced, anxious, and lacks social finesse. A quick and enjoyable read, and perfect for when you find yourself in need of a pleasant distraction. This was a delight!

Seducing a virgin, sleeping with a stranger, experiencing a threesome, and a sex with a silver fox. These are all on the list of things Becky wants to try.
Becky meets her first "virgin" online. She has one night with him, but feels sad when it is over. Becky continues on her list even though she feels something for the man, who's virginity she took.
At a party, she ends up meeting the virgin again (now we know his name is Alex, before they never exchanged names or information). She knows there is something there. The problem is she just ended a 4 years relationship and don't want to end up back where she just was.
This is not to say that Becky's list is over. She conquers all of her list!
I found the story to be more than just about Becky's bucket list. I loved the story and Becky and Alex. I though Alex was super sweet and adorable.

I enjoyed book 2 a bit more then 1 actually, the story line felt stronger and I felt more of a connection this time round and wanted to see what happens between everyone and how much of the list would be checked off. This is a short read but a good one so make sure to add to you tbr list.

After four years in a serious relationship with Jeff, Becky realized Jeff was not the man of her dreams when she finds out he has been cheating on her. Becky decides to leave Jeff, finding herself alone for the first time in her adult life, she spends the evening crying, complaining, and drinking with her friend Sally and thus The Rebound List was born.
On the list is a virgin, a silver fox, a stranger and a threesome. Becky decides to place a personal ad on a dating site and immediately an ad with the opening line “sick of being a virgin” captures her eye. Becky meets with the virgin, Alex for their date, but is sad when the evening ends. Becky runs into Alex again at a party, where she realizes she has developed feelings for him already.
Yet, Becky continues with her list and seduces her silver fox at a company event even though she still feels something for Alex. Becky decides to see where a relationship with Alex will lead and abandons her list. Can Becky and Alex make things work or will Becky go back to her list? Is her list doomed to be incomplete?
The story was a very fast paced but kept me engaged. I found Becky to be relatable. Her struggles were very relatable as she tried to juggle being single, working, and family obligations. I could not put this book down and was anxious to find out how this book would end. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who was looking for a quick, enjoyable read.

When I saw the tour sign up came open for The Rebound List, I read the description and was extremely intrigued to read the list. Hedonist Six created an intriguing story and a lovely romance with realistic issues. The Rebound List was a fast read and written in a wonderful style that left me wanting more!
Becky made a rebound list after her first serious relationship comes to an end. She decided to find herself again. Becky's goal is to awaken her sexual desires. She has four things on her list that she wants to mark off.
Sleeping with the following: 1) Virgin 2) Silver Fox 3) Stranger 4) Threesome
With no clue on how to mark these items off her list, she joins a website that is for kinksters like herself.
Becky embarks on a wonderful, sexy journey of love and lust. In the process, she has her own personal reawakening, which brings her back to her real self. Regaining her love of herself. Becky also finds love in this one character. Not only does the book have some amazingly sensual and passionately hot sex scenes, it's also so much more than that. The Rebound List was previously released in a serial format but now parts 1 through 4 are all in one book. I'm glad all the parts were in one book, I liked that I could just turn the page and on from one part to the next.
After breaking up with her long term boyfriend, Becky and her friend, Sally come up with a a list a sexual experiences Becky would like to try. After some drinks they come up with four things on the list. Sally sets Becky up with an online profile to help her find men to fulfill her experiences on the list. This is such a great concept, you know after reading a little bit of this book that it's going to be great.
On her list is Virgin, Silver Fox, Stranger, Threesome. Each one on the list has there own section in the book.

The topic of this book intrigued me, as well as the pen name of the author. It was my first book of this author and I really enjoyed the writing style. The sentences were well built and made it easy for me to follow the storyline.
The plot itself was somehow strange for me. I’ll try not to spoiler the story and the pointe, but it will be hard. The idea of a rebound list to get over the ex was nice. In the beginning I really liked everything about the list and what the heroine did to follow it. I liked how it was stated more than once that just because a woman wants to exploit her sexual dreams she is not a hussy. Or easy.
BUT I did not like where the story ended. I mean, I suspected it from the first meeting and was kind of disappointed that the heroine who showed really strong character traits in the beginning somehow fell back in the niche where a woman can’t be without a man. The longer I read the shallower the characters became so in the end I had the impression there was only one character type and all whined together. I did not like that. I did not like that I had no picture in my mind about how the characters looked like other than “big” and “hairy” and I really HATED that the female main character abandoned her search for her sexual dreams to be with a weak and whiny dude. I could not understand what she saw in him other than that he was a man and the MC obviously could not function without him.
As you can see, even though the writing style was good, the characters itself tainted the story for me. It was not for me, but I think other people might like it.

Four fantasies that she needs to fulfill.
Becky is a realistic heroine, not an experienced seductress, but someone who struggles with getting too emotionally attached. There's no strong alpha male to dominate the story, and her, but a more realistic man who needs support and reassurance. It felt more... real. It was empowering to watch Becky go after what she wants.
To say this book is steamy is the understatement of the century! There are no convenient fade outs during the love scenes, so be forewarned. There's a great twist in the middle that makes this book so much more than a hook up novel.
I really enjoyed Sasha White's narration, her voice was mellow and smooth and her accent was lovely. She didn't attempt speaking voices for the different characters, and her narration pulled me right into the story. I was provided a copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. I already have this book on my reread list.

This was such a wonderful read! It was very relatable and easy to connect with, as a whole. On top of that, the main character was very easy to feel as thought I got to know her. This was particularly due to her situation being so down to earth.
I loved the way she took life on. She had a certain humour and joy that she took into life, which really shined through when she chose not to just 'go for another bloke' and get a relationship, after her harsh break-up. It was exciting as well to get to watch her trial the guys she had on her Rebound List. I really loved that it still followed the old, but true, line that you find someone when you aren't looking.
The pace was swift, but very engaging, allowing me to stay completely hooked, but still feeling as though I was getting to know the main character and her tale. I liked that, as a slower pace would have been as fun nor would it have been as good of a read. It was perfectly done and this makes me believe a lot of readers will make a similar connection to the book, and really love the faster pace, as she stumbles through her rebound to do list.
Overall, an excellent read and one that I think a lot of readers will enjoy and really get a laugh out of.

I loved the way she took life on. She had a certain humour and joy that she took into life, which really shined through when she chose not to just 'go for another bloke' and get a relationship, after her harsh break-up. It was exciting as well to get to watch her trial the guys she had on her Rebound List. I really loved that it still followed the old, but true, line that you find someone when you aren't looking.
The pace was swift, but very engaging, allowing me to stay completely hooked, but still feeling as though I was getting to know the main character and her tale. I liked that, as a slower pace would have been as fun nor would it have been as good of a read. It was perfectly done and this makes me believe a lot of readers will make a similar connection to the book, and really love the faster pace, as she stumbles through her rebound to do list.
Overall, an excellent read and one that I think a lot of readers will enjoy and really get a laugh out of.

Becky's journey through her rebound list had me cheering her on, hoping that maybe throughout everything she goes through she finds exactly what she wants, but at the same time, wanting her inner goddess to come out full force without fearing being hurt as she was with Jeff. With each new book i read from Hedonist Six i'm loving her style even more and look forward to her new releases!

The idea for the story in intriguing and for the most part it is well written, a couple of times the writing because a bit repetitive but this only happened occasionally.
I kept waiting for things to go wrong, but for the most part they didn't and when revelations did happen it wasn't in the way I'd expected. I liked that the characters didn't react in a stereotypical manner, it kept things interesting.
The narration was OK, the character voices were OK, but the acing was weird at times and I found the phrasing distracting. There was also a large section of audio repeated (about a minute) and a shorter section that I noticed. I found it hard to get absorbed in the story.

Very enjoyable book exploring fantasy relationships. After being in a relationship for several years Becky is now a free agent. She decides to explore some of her fantasies (virgin, stranger, older man, etc.) Very interesting twist in the story and equally interesting wondering if you would be able to go through with some of the fantasy scenarios. At my age, probably not, but it's still fun reading and thinking about it! LOL!!

That was quite quite good. Lovely blend of realism and fantasy, emotion and raw sexuality, and an excellent careful avoidance of racial fetishisation when I braced myself for that. I was a little disappointed when the plot diverged from the premise but then was happily surprised at how it developed in the final act.

My first read/listen from Hedonist Six. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. A couple of times the audio repeated itself but that was just a minor annoyance. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Loved the self growth in the story. The sex was wonderful & hot. You get thrown for a loop midway but I thoroughly loved the direction it went! Great story.

This is not your average romance novel... it does not have your standard hero type...ie, hot, sexy alpha dominating sex god. No... nothing like that here! However, what it does have is a really good romance that goes against the norm. You should just read this.. it is different and well written. Not something I would usually read, but enjoyed this very much. I was given an ARC and have volunteered my review.

The Rebound List, by Hedonist Six, is a relaunch of a previous four part serial. This was a sexy & fun read about a woman looking to discover herself, her desires and needs after the ending of a four year relationship that left her wanting more. On this list: a virgin, a silver fox, a stranger and a threesome.
It was a fun read following along as she works to check off her list. The writing is well done with the story's dynamic and the characters are portrayed well. It was easily read and it went faster than I would have preferred, but it was written in such a way that makes me want to read more by this author. I enjoyed how it ended and it was perfect compliment to how the story began.

This was such a great book. Who hasn't been through a break up, and decide to have some fun before the next relationship. Becky was with her boy friend for four years, so she decides to make a rebound list. The list sounds like a great idea, and she makes some great strides with it. But some times life has other plans. So will Becky finish her list? You should read to find out.

The Rebound List by Hedonist Six is a wild erotic romp through post-breakup life for Becky, her best friend Sally and her "List". Virgin, Silver Fox, Stranger, and Threesome. Quite an interesting list right? As Becky gets started on her "list" she takes a wonderful journey of exploration. I really enjoyed taking this journey with her - some parts bitter, some parts sweet and an overall happily ever after - couldn't ask for more. Well we can always ask but this was steamy enough to keep me very happy.

This book is trashy, no doubt about it. I'd classify it as a couple notches above a typical romance novel; it's written using the same kind of formula, just with more detail. A LOT more detail that I skimmed over in some places because it dragged on so long.
I picked it up expecting a completely shallow story, judging by the description. Without giving away the plot - I was pleasantly surprised! While slightly unrealistic - as all romance/erotica novels seem to be - the storyline was quite enjoyable. This was a good "guilty pleasure" book that I'd probably read again in a year or two.
