GBM Summit - VisionQuest 2020: Where Do We Go From Here?
2020 vision suggests sharpness and clarity of sight. In the third and closing event to commemorate GBM's 50th Anniversary, we are hosting VisionQuest 2020: Where Do We Go From Here? on Thursday, October 24th, from 9 am - 3 pm, at Temple Emanu-El, 2100 Highland Avenue, Birmingham AL. 35205. We are calling together community leaders, organizers, faith and moral leaders, advocates, activists, students and anyone who want to focus with a clear vision that energizes and motivates us all to overcome the challenges facing our communities, our state and our nation.
Get ready to be equipped to work for a more just and equitable society in 2020.
Keynote speakers: Scott Douglas, Executive Director of Greater Birmingham Ministries
Rabbi Jonathan Miller, Rabbi Emeritus at Temple Emanu-El.
Dynamic and engaging workshops will be in the afternoon sessions.
