More than 2.5 months and still not received my order

It’s been over 2.5 months now and I still have not received my order. They are not responding to emails and phone calls.

Customer service is horrible. no one replies to emails and even the password reset does not work. I tried resetting my password like a million times and i never got a password reset link in my email.

BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE!!!!! This company is the same one which also operates as Onlyyo, both websites look amazing but the quality of the clothing you receive is not worth a dollar let alone the money they charge. They claim to offer refund or exhange but will not accept returns via any reputable service such as FedEx, DHL as obviously dont want you to send it back as they have no intention refunding your money. Dont waste more money sending the items back, take the loss and warn others not to order from them

AVOID. Junk quality.

I bought two items of men's outdoor clothing, size 4XL. Very poor lightweight , shoddy and certainly not outdoor clothing. Very badly sized , not even close to what was advertised. I can't get them to accept returns, they offered me a 20% refund or vouchers to get a discount on a further purchase. I can't get a returns address, I want my money back.

Company is a Rip-off

I have been waiting since March of 2018 for this company to refund my money for merchandise I did not receive. Now I see the company Fashionmia is also going by Fashionnova. I am sure they changed their name so they could continue to deceive some of their customers. I have filed numerous complaints but this matter still has not been resolved, enough they have sent emails stating they would refund my money. I hope other people will read this and don't allow this company to rip you off. I did not want to give one star but I had to in order to write this review.

Clothes NOTHING like what you see…

Clothes NOTHING like what you see online. I finally received some of the items I ordered, I have returned the first delivery, sending the second delivery back today. Having problems getting to the site, something about a lawsuit (COUNTERFEIT TECHNOLOGY is what is says online) comes up so I am really skeptical about them now. I expect a FULL REFUND for the items I ordered and returned. Bottom Line- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am unable to contact them and they have already received the first part of my order via return. WHAT IS GOING ON????!!!!!!

Worst online shopping experience EVER

I ordered two dresses. They said that order would be shipped within three to seven days and charged my credit card immediately. After two weeks, I checked and order still had not been shipped. I asked to cancel - they said sure, but we charge you 15%. WHAT? So I let order stand. One dress arrived - but was misshapen, unwearable and cheap. The other still had not shipped. They eventually refunded me the full amount for the unshipped dress. Terrible company, terrible customer service and terrible clothing.

Beware of ordering from this company

Horrendous company, do not order from them. Goods never despatched and I’ve been requesting a refund since February which of course has never been received. Extremely disappointing and giving buying outside the UK a bad name. Shame on you!

FashionMia - STOP, DON'T PAY, YOU WON'T GET YOUR ITEMS!!!

I have made an order with FashionMia for few items, I received a templated email stating:

"Thank you for shopping with us. Your order B245752108232 is now being processed and will be dispatched normally within 7 days.
If you do not receive our deliery notice after 7 days, you can track your order here" (yes, that is the spelling, generally this is how you know that you are dealing with a scam)

That time has passed and the order is still with a status of "being prepared". There is a contact form that does not work and an email to their 'service' listed on your order confirmation emial, which when you email you will get a bounce-back stating:

"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to service@ fashionmia.net because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email."

If you are not convinced, email them prior to purchasing to find out for yourself.

Another Chinese scam business. Registers all around the world. When the authorities get too close they change their registration to another country. Fashionmia does not give legit contacts such as emails, phone numbers etc like legitimate companies. Can only contact thru their website on their terms. Take your money but don’t provide a legit product or any real customer service. If you get anything it is shoddy and not worth the money. They don’t have customer care they have customer BEWARE.

ALSO SHAME ON TRUSTPILOT FOR ALLOWING THESE CRIMINALS TO CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SITE. TRUSTPILOT HAS A BIG PROBLEM AS THERE ARE MANY OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES ON THIS SITE AND THE SCAMMERS KEEP SCAMMING.
PS Fashionmia and Trustpilot I can verify my purchase and document my horrible experience.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!

I wish I could post a picture of the garbage I received. I ordered a Long Sleeve Plaid Splicing Jacket, 3XL jacket expecting it to still be a bit small, it fits more like conventional M to L. The gold piping in the picture is PRINTED ON THE FABRIC! It is not in fact piping but very odd printed detail. It seems like it would be easier to add cheap piping than create a custom printed fabric, but I GUESS NOT! I was not expecting this to be a great product based on the price, but it feels like they go through more trouble trying to rip people off than trying to actually cheaply make the garment. I'm not going to attempt to return it, I don't trust the company to supply me with a refund based on other reviews and I may be able to reuse the fabric of the jacket to make something I can actually wear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought some blouses on-line - they were not what was advertised. It took me 2 weeks to get a return address. It then cost me $23.50 to return - TO CHINA. This was in November, 2018. Fashion Mia kept replying that they never received the return therefore would not refund the $. Yesterday my postman showed up with the package and wanted another $23.50 for the cost of it coming back to me because FASHION (SCAM ARTISTS) MIA rejected the package. This company sells CHEAP clothing and scams people out of the $$ BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I am very disappointed first of all it…

I am very disappointed first of all it took from 3/6/19 to 4/13/19 to get three of nine dresses and they were supposed to be a 2xl and they fit like a medium and I know a 2xl fits perfect because I ordered the same dress from Rotita and Modiliy in different colors. I have purchased 14 dresses total and none them fit this is ridiculous I paid 169.55 for this last order just money wasted and we needed the dresses for 4/ 20/ 19 so I’m totally out of luck. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

The customer service is poor

The customer service is poor. they will send you tracking numbers that doesn't work to locate your package. yes the merchandise is cheap and poorly made. When you try to reach out by email to tell them your complaint sometimes you get a response and sometimes you don't. If you get one they will tell you to wait your package will arrive and mine didn't. You willl not get a refund back from these people. Any company that will not stand behind their products do not need to be selling at all. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDER FROM AMAZON OR ANOTHER TRUSTED COMPANY.

I'm so mad I spent my money here

I'm so mad I spent my money here. I ordered a dress in January for $30 and never received shipment email nor a confirmation. It's been 8 months and they have not responded nor does their email work. I came back to see if theres any change only to see they canceled my order without telling me and NEVER REFUNDED ME MY MONEY. Do not buy here its really a scam.

too Good to be true..it’s not

I ordered a dress for $35 after I lost 30 lbs to celebrate.Came in 4 weeks. Did not look anything like picture. Some cheap mockup. Different cut , material, and pattern. Very Ugly but similar. They said it was close enough but would give me $15 credit for their merchandise and it was more than that to send it back to China to get a partial real monetary credit. The back and forth made me sick .... I gave up. I close every online fashion add I see.. I wish I had checked out this site before I ordered. I feel any positive review is probably a scam. Don’t bother with their response... they only give you partial credit for more subpar merchandise....so frustrating. Just wanted to warn future unsuspecting customers....

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. could not contact customer service for a refund. called the number provided only to get an answering machine. I left a message to which no one responded. I also tried contacting them by message on their website and got no reply. Very frustrating! They will take your money and run. Do not trust them. This is the first review i have ever left for a company that is how upset I have felt about their customer service.

Horrible experience!

I received my first order of 3 dresses and they were all the wrong sizes. Now, i have to send it back and pay for shipping yet it was not my mistake. My other order was supposed to arrived on April 10 according to them, it's still not here and now am even worried it'a going to be the wrong sizes too. My experience with this company has been very horrible.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.. i placed an order on feb 25 and one item was not shipped and whenever i tried to contact them they sent an automated response and item shows in stock so I don’t know what the problem is. I am not going to buy anything from them in future.

Fashionmia ... an insulting Company.

I am very disappointed in fashionmia. I purchased a jacket which was over £27 + £7 post and packing. The largest size - is FAR TOO SMALL. I usually wear smaller sizes !?!
The next day I contacted them and filled in their refund form.
They replied with a suggeston that I 'give the jacket AWAY !?! and accept a VOUCHER of $7/£5 … to be spent … on ANOTHER item from fashiomia' !?! When I complained to them ... they said I could otherwise, 'return the jacket - at my own expense, for a refund'.
( Costing me a total of £14 ) !! I have challenged them yet again and I await their reply.
