Very basic but unable to complete basic functions. Trying to book a tee time that is free, which then goes to a summary for confirmation, then on the 3rd screen you find out that someone else has booked. The most basic function of a booking site should grey out as soon as it's touched by the first person. Apparently this is too complex for Elite to rectify. Also credit card expired and the new card now cannot be used on the app. Again, too difficult for Elite to fix. Why do clubs use this app?

I have been using this app for some time and been reasonably happy, My phone is a Pixel 3a running Android version 12. For some reason it has now stopped loading. Although I have reinstalled the app several times I get the message -"Network failure". This is clearly not right as other apps are running perfectly well. Guidance how to cure the problem would be helpful

Failed to allow the payment after a long and painful process of booking meals and drinks. Every time you make a selection, you can't go back 1 level to make another, it takes you back to the beginning! It also doesn't record the menu locally. Each time you go back it has to upload the menu page again. If the connection is slow, this becomes very frustrating. Hoebridge's wifi wouldn't connect, so I had to use 4G. Ended up with one of the waiters taking our order.
