• Any Customer who wants to avail the offer has to book the selected GIT and/or Domestic Package by making payment of minimum booking amount and thereafter within 72 hours from the payment of the minimum booking amount, the said Customer has to come back to TCIL with a competitive offer in writing from any reputed or branded Tour operator matching the same itinerary as that booked by the Customer with TCIL. The itinerary offered by TCIL and the competitive itinerary brought by the Customer from any reputed or branded Tour operator should match on the below mentioned criterion and yet have a package cost lower than that offered by TCIL to be eligible for the offer prize.
• Inclusions / exclusions for airline type ( GDS / LCC ), flight duration, hotel type, Sightseeings covered, transfers covers , meals.
• Hotels have to be of the same category i.e. 3 / 4 /5 star etc. and have to be in the same / similar area.
• Travel period has to be around the same travel period including departure and arrival.
• In the event TCIL itinerary matches with the competitive itinerary (i.e. meets the listed criterion) brought by the Customer from any reputed or branded Tour operator, than TCIL shall offer discount on the package cost of the tour booked with TCIL by the Customer to the extent of difference between the TCIL package cost and that of the competitive package cost. In addition to the aforesaid discount, the Customer shall be eligible for Travel voucher which shall be equivalent to double of the value of aforesaid discount availed by the Customer, which the Customer may redeem for his future travel with TCIL but the same cannot be clubbed with this offer.
• The decision of TCIL shall be final and binding on the Customer pertaining to any aspect of the offer and in connection with or related to the Offer.
• All disputes arising from this offer shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Courts, in Mumbai

Offer details for GIHS cash back offer:
For All International Destinations – 5% cash back of upto Rs.10,000. (Min transactional value should be greater than or equal to Rs. 30,000)
• For All Domestic Destinations –5% cash back of upto Rs.7,000. (Min transactional value should be greater than or equal to Rs. 30,000)
General Terms and Conditions for cash back:
• Offer is valid from 15th to 27th Feb’20
• Minimum booking amount for cash back is Rs. 30,000
• The cash back is valid only on SBI bank Credit card .Cash back not valid on SBI Credit Corporate Card.
• The cash back is valid only on the fresh holiday bookings done during the promo period
• Only the first transaction per booking file is eligible for cash back, provided the above conditions are met. No follow up payments are liable for cash back.
• The maximum cash back being Rs. 7000 or 10,000 per booking file.
• Cash back will be posted in 120 days.
SBICPSL Cashback Terms and Conditions:
• SBI Credit of 16 digit numbers are only eligible for cash back.
• In order to avail the cash back the total payment of the transaction needs to be made using a valid and eligible SBI Credit Card
• In the event the order is cancelled by the cardholder, Thomas Cook or SBICPSL for any reason whatsoever, and subsequently, the order transaction value falls below the minimum transaction amount eligible for cashback, the order will not qualify for this offer.
• In case of complete cancellation of the order by the customer the transaction will not qualify for The Offer.
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of SBICPSL and Thomas Cook • In case of any dispute pertaining to holiday package, decision of Thomas Cook India Ltd. will be final and binding.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable.
• The Offer is not valid for any Void Transactions.
• Delinquent and over-limit SBI Credit Card members will not qualify for this Offer.
• Standard Thomas Cook Terms & Conditions will apply on holidays packages purchased during the promotional period via SBI Credit Card will not entertain any complaints or issues pertaining to the holiday packages and services offered by them
• It is not mandatory for the SBICPSL cardholders to participate in the offer. Participation in the Offer by the card holder is voluntary and free. Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder will be construed as acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the Offer and Cardholder is advised not to participate in the Offer if such Terms & Conditions are not acceptable.
• The Offer is being made purely on best effort basis.
• Thomas Cook and SBICPSL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this offer at any time.
• Any query regarding the offer will be entertained till 29th Feb’20. No correspondence on the same will be entertained after the aforementioned date from any person(s).
• The discount offered under the Offer will under no circumstances be settled in cash.
• Thomas Cook reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated.

• Customer will get the Holiday offer voucher 7 days post Minimum booking deposit is paid for the summer Holiday.
• GST OF INR 500 per person will be additional on the base package. Actual GST will be applicable based on the add on package booked and paid for.
• Holiday offer voucher will have to be redeemed & availed by the same guest who has booked the Original Group Holiday package.
• Holiday Offer Voucher can be transferred only if upgrade to silver or Gold @ INR 1500 per person & INR 4000 per person for the base package.
• Processing fees (Inclusive of Visa *if applicable & insurance charges) per person as mentioned in the package are mandatory to confirm the booking
• Surcharges are applicable ( Including Base Package ) on certain departure dates as highlighted in the package. Please refer the attached Excel sheet
• Airfare is not included in the package pricing.
• All bookings have to be done based on the dates mentioned in the brochure & are subject to availability .
• Payments on Upgrade & add on's has to be made in Full at the time of confirmation.
• Holiday prices mentioned are per person & on twin sharing basis.
• No any other offers / discounts / FTV / Cash Back can be combined with this offer.
• Insurance considered in the package is up till the age of 60 Years only. Above 60 year additional insurance charges will be applicable.
• In case of cancellation of ORIGINAL TOUR [Summer Holidays booked with TC] ( Group Holidays ) due any reason, this offer is not valid.
• In case of cancellation of OFFER HOLIDAY EK [Ka Teen Holiday] ( FIT Holiday ) due to any reason, no refunds will be applicable.
• Date change & destination change is not permissible post booking of Ek ka Teen Offer Holiday .
• All tours and transfers are on seat in coach basis.
• ROE Calculated at 1 USD = INR 73 & 1 SGD = INR 52. The rate of exchange is subject to change & will be charged as per the rate prevailing on date of payment.
