Reliable Hosting & Nice Service

Eventually secured a better price but…

Eventually secured a better price but wasnt offered options on renewal without contacting them. Operator quoted a price and issued a new invoice which didnt match the quoted price. A manually adjusted invoice was issued which was acceptable and I renewed. I then received an extra invoice for £0.42 by email which didnt appear on my account.

Outstanding customer support

I know I can rely on prompt helpful support from JustHostMe to sort out any technical problems I have. The CEO is 'hands on' so is always aware of customer issues and steps in to assist. This is a shining example which should be followed by other business bosses.

Unsure how to update DNS records

Unsure how to update DNS records. Raised a ticket and Jeffrey quickly made the necessary additions. Excellent Customer Support. I highly recommend and use Just Host Me for all my hosting needs.

First class service on an urgent email issue

Had an urgent problem today with all our work email stopping. Got on the live chat & had a fast and totally excellent response from a support agent. Quickly worked out the situation, suggested a solution & implemented it, all within a minute or two. Absolutely first class & much appreciated!

Disappointed that you shut down my web…

Disappointed that you shut down my web site, even though payment was made within the time frame. Cost me considerable money to have the site down loaded again. Also the fact you did not send a renewal notice for the domain, meant it was taken away and as a result offered back @ $20,000, ridiculous. However, Jeffrey was helpful in sorting it out. But the whole thing should not have happened. What is the point of having an achieve department if you can not recover within a very short period of time

Dear Ian, thank you for your review and feedback. We discussed this issue over the telephone and by e-mail. Your web hosting account was cancelled because it was overdue. It was due for renewal on 22/07/2019 but the renewal invoice wasn't paid till 22/08/2019. Because of this, your domain name was also deleted and registered again by a third party. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and I am aware the third party put your domain name up for sale. I managed to work with you to register an alternative domain name and reconfigured your web hosting account to link up with this new domain name. I hope your domain name is now working as expected. Just Host Me review

I was with Just Host Me for 3 years, but currently not due to a partnership seperation, but looking forward to rejoining them again. I found their service to be second to none. Having worked in IT looking after Global major accounts for many years, I found Just Host Me far better than most out there offering a simular service. Alway answer your questions in quick time, and no issue is too big an issue for this company. Great company and great staff.

Prices are fair with plenty of features

It's nice to be able to deal with a British hosting company rather than the large US hosting companies who sell everything in dollars and treat you like a number. Since joining there has been no downtime and the prices are fair with plenty of features included without having to pay additional fees. What more could I want? I would recommend the company for web hosting because of the excellent service I have received.

Awesome

Awesome, super fast, easy and reliable. I moved my full website from GoDaddy, where the connection always drop and where I couldn't even back up properly, plus lot of innecesarias over-charges for products I never used.
Now, happy to stay with JustHost for the next 3 years and more

Never worry again - geniunely taken care of

I have been with JustHostMe for many years. The same people are involved and the high standard of service and technical offering never wavers. I live in fear of them being taken over by somewhere huge and awful. I moved my domain name registration to them from somewhere huge and awful and I never have to worry about it again. Personal service from real knowledgeable human beings. Hope they never change.

Great support.

I've been with JustHostMe for many years, and have had no reason to ever look for an alternative.
I only have the personal hosting package and more domains than I need but the support, when needed, is 5-stars. I always get a quick response to my questions, even late on a Sunday evening.

Been with them for so long due to amazing service :-)

I know 'shop around, shop around' but when it comes to JustHostMe Limited, I've just stuck. I've purchased so many domains and hosting services over the past 8+ years from them.
If you have a live website, last thing you want to worry about is down time, lack of response, customer service, etc. JustHostMe delivers excellent service when it comes to all of the above and they help you while educating, no matter your skill level.

Recently transferred my hosting to…

Recently transferred my hosting to JustHostMe. Account was setup immediately. Only needed to contact support once for update on domain transfer but they got back to me quickly. Very happy so far and my web site is loading a lot faster than before. Hope it continues.

Average but Clear!

Average but Clear! because what they provide they wrote on their website(No lying in the name of marketing), with SSD they just have a lot more prices but storage space they provide is less. They have OVH Servers which is good as they can ignore a lot of DMCA. But after exceeding Disk Space you only have to UPGRADE, no more storage. Which sometime become a bit more expensive.

JustHostMe have completed the server migration

JustHostMe have completed the server migration of our website from France to London. However, they neglected to tell me the new details for the mail server before they completed the switch. Therefore the emails that they sent to inform me that the migration was complete were not received by me; furthermore the email (which I finally read this morning, 5 days later) did not contain the new mail server name.

I have now worked it all out but not before I 'lost' crucial information.

Outstanding

I wish I'd found these people years ago instead of struggling on with our old hosting company. These people offer really good value for money packages. They're flexible too so you can easily add extra's you need and upgrade/downgrade as needed. They have a number of ways to access support not just a ticket system. Very helpful, great staff.

New Company Website

We recently purchased hosting for our company website. Just Host Me were extremely helpful and quick to fix a few teething problems we had. After searching around for many weeks, looking for a hosting solution, we were glad to have found them.
