If I have $100 hardware credit and the phone is $50, does the other $50 go to the phone tab? Or if the phone is $0 upfront does the $100 all go to the phone tab?

That's what someone else said somewhere in this 248 page thread but I was talking to the rep and he said it would just go to waste. If the phone is $0 upfront and I had $100 hardware credit the $100 will not be used is what he told me.

I ordered mine the morning of the 20th and it still hasn't shipped. Ridiculous if my order gets cancelled now or they didn't keep a watch aside to fulfill the first orders made during the promo.

I'm on QC plan $56 8gb with ON number. I called and said a co-worker got a $200 credit and ordered a p20 pro. First person said the best he can do was $100 online but if I was willing to be on hold I might get something better when transferred so I did.

Second person offered me $150 credit towards the phone on medium tab ($15 x 24 months). He then did another thing so that my new plan was same 8gb but $40. So I'm basically paying the same thing as my original plan but I get a p20 pro. Shame it's not twilight and no watch but atleast I have a new phone coming.

did you get a email when it was approved? ordered mine about an hour later then yours and the last time i check it was still in review.

May be, they are not aware. Even products bought on Amazon have been denied warranty because Amazon is not a authorized reseller for it. Why do you think something bought on kijiji or ebay would be entitled to it? It doesn't AFAIK.
