Details are being worked out to have Randy Biggin, who was in provincial court in Corner Brook for an appearance Wednesday afternoon, possibly released from jail Thursday.

The 24-year-old city man is charged with the alleged armed robbery of the Ultramar gas station on Mount Bernard Avenue last Saturday.

If a plan to release him that is agreeable to the Crown cannot be worked out, it is likely Biggin will have a bail hearing Thursday to determine if he should be released or not.
