Description

A NEW one-day workshop

Are you tired of feeling like anxiety always has the upper hand in your life? This workshop might be exactly what you are looking for.

Who Should Attend?
The workshop has been developed to benefit anyone who experiences anxiety or stress.

Context

Anxiety blights the lives of increasingly large numbers of people. It may initially be focused on realistic concerns – such as financial difficulties, health, job insecurity or unemployment, relationship problems (particularly complex in blended families) and fears about the future in an increasingly uncertain world – but then spiral out of control.

Or it may have no clear cause and manifest as an ever-present feeling of being ‘wired’, tense or vulnerable, very often accompanied by out-of-control thoughts.

How attending this workshop will benefit you:

This highly practical workshop focuses on providing you with a set of simple, yet highly, effective skills and strategies, drawn from a number of brain-based therapies and backed by neuro-science, that you can use immediately to help regain control over your anxiety and reduce your stress level.

During the workshop you will have opportunities to practise the techniques and develop your anxiety management skills and experience immediate benefits.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
• Understand how you experience anxiety
• Reduce your level of anxiety in the moment
• Practice a set of simple, yet very effective, anxiety management techniques
• Demonstrate confidence in using the techniques to manage your anxiety more effectively and purposely
