The material I use is stain- and tear-resistant and sticks to any flat surface! Tip: I make wallpapers for exact dimensions. When you're not sure of your walls being perfectly straight, I recommend to add some inches extra, if you don't mind cutting the wallpaper by your own.

Care instructions:
Before application, please make sure, that your wall is prepared properly. The wall should be smooth and dust-free. Coloray removable material won't adhere to textured, newly painted or painted with latex/acrylic paint wall.
Peel and stick can be hanged and reapplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the self-adhesive wallpaper may rip old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.

✿ Preparing wall instructions:

The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean and free of dust.
Manufacturer recommend to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting. I also do not recommend applying the wallpaper on walls painted with latex paint.

My "peel and stick" material can be hanged and reaplied multiple times. Please make sure your wall is prepared correctly as the self-adhesive wallpaper may rip old or badly prepared coatings during re-application.

✿ Moss-painting care instructions:

During the transportation the moss may lose some water. Provide it with some moisture to help it get back in shape. The moss doesn't require much further maintenance as it filters the air in your household, removing excess moisture.

After reciving the product, make sure that the material is free from defects. Do make sure that it is free of any flaws and that all elements fit each other and sizes are as ordered.

After installation, I am unable to deal with any complaints.

Product dimensions can vary +/- 2%.

Reindeer moss may at give off a specific smell for the first day or two, but it will naturally fade.

Please make sure the address is correct when you place an order and please provide your phone number in the order note.

The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to Poland.

As a seller, I bear no responsibility for a wrongly addressed package [because of a wrong address entered by the customer].

Unfortunately, I can't print metallic colors. I can prepare an imitation of gold/silver if that interests you as well! The actual color may vary slightly from your monitor and then on a final print.
The scale and colors of the pattern used in the visualization may differ from those in the final print.
Keep in mind, that the colors of another panel can vary a little bit, due to a different print batch.

I received the wallpaper really soon. I had to send the wallpaper back cause I needed more of the paper, so I bought a customised one, with the needed sizes it also arrived in time. Now the real struggle: I sent her the first wallpaper back which did not suited us one day after receiving it - via DHL and tracking number and I´m still waiting for my refund! Its more than 1 month now where I'm waiting for my money. This is not recommendable. Doing a great job with the wallpaper but refunding procedure is hideous!

I'm very sad to see this review. I always do my best to serve my customers the best I can. I processed both orders the best I could. Return shipment was shipped to me 2 weeks ago (not a month); I picked it up and forgot about a refund for some reason - I don't know, something may have distracted me - just a human mistake. And I'm sincerely apologize for that. However there wasn't any contact from the customer. Customer have sent few messages during last weekend - unfortunately, I'm not always at work. I read the message on Monday, right after arriving to the office, I apologized and made a refund to the Customer. I'm sorry for my mistake - it happens to the best of us.
