Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna Roll Ups
- 14 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente, cut in half
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 7 ounces package deli ham slices, sliced in half
- 7 ounces swiss cheese slices, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- finely chopped flat leaf parsley, to garnish
Steps
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk. Add garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and white wine. Bring to a bubble.
