》Violet (h) and Miller (H) met when they were 13 years old when Miller stumbled upon her house. They instantly become best friends and hung out the whole summer but then Violet finds out that Miller was homeless this whole time, living in a car, and also discovers that he has diabetes which almost killed him.
Both of them realized they were in love with one another but Violet didn't do anything because she's scared they would turn into her parents (falling out of love). Miller has been pining for years and has unrequited (but not so unrequited) love for Violet and he was about to profess his love for her but pushes her away because he has abandonment issues. there are 4 parts in this story which all takes place in 3 years or so.《
