• Our Guarantee applies to all of our skin care products.
• Use the product as instructed for 30 or more days.
• Email us your request regarding our Guarantee before 60 days after your purchase date. Include your full name, the order number, and the name of the product that you purchased in the email’s subject line. Include your full name, the order number, the reason for return, your mailing address, your phone number, and the name of the product that you purchased in the body of the email. Send the email to CustomerCare@BeautyOfTheNile.com and we will get started.
• We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the proper address where you are to ship the bottle or jar of our product. We will not be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and delivery to the correct address that we will provide you.
• Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving your RMA number, otherwise the store credit will be forfeited. Returns without the RMA, if accepted by us, will incur a fee of 20% of the order total.
• Return the bottle or jar as requested and we will gladly provide the full amount you paid for the bottle or jar, plus an additional $5 (five dollars) in store credit (less charges for shipping, taxes, and any miscellaneous). If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
• Store credit must be used within 1 month of being emailed to you. Store credit may be applied only to product cost; not to shipping, taxes, or misc. other charges.
• We accept returns and honor our Guarantee only for the first bottle or jar of the returned product that you purchased. We do not guarantee or accept return of bundles or multiple products or subsequent purchases of the product about which you are asking to have our Guarantee applied.
• Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns, store credits. or exchanges.
• We recommend shipping your bottle or jar with a reliable carrier that includes tracking. You may wish to purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
