Leading with Integrity – How to foster ethical behaviour in the workplace

Integrity at Work (IAW) is an initiative developed by Transparency International Ireland that provides employers with the training, tools and support to create an environment where staff feel safe to come forward and raise concerns of wrongdoing.

The 2019 IAW annual conference will explore how to foster integrity and promote ethical behaviour in the workplace. Drawing on first-hand experience and the latest research, this conference will bring together a panel of distinguished academics, influential thinkers, and leaders from the public, private and non-profit sectors to discuss the following questions:

- How can managers lead with integrity?
- What can managers do to earn trust?
- How can organisations prevent wrongdoing and manage reputational risk?

Participants will learn about recent developments and resources in anti-corruption, ethics and whistleblowing as well as from the Integrity at Work programme.
