I've only been registered since yesterday and already it's not working. All I'm getting is a green and white screen saying 'downloading app update 0%'. Have checked the play store for updates and there aren't any for this app so don't understand what's going on.

Hi, we're sorry to hear this. It sounds as though your app store is struggling to retrieve our app info. Have you tried shutting down the app to allow it to re-attempt the initial update? Did anyone at B3asleep actually try registering using this app??? Try entering your date of birth when all you get is a calendar & you have to scroll back through all the months, & years til when you were born!!!!!!!! Maybe OK for B3 employeees that all seem to be 3 years old but not for the rest of us!!!!!!! I know, lets shut down a semi perfectly running online account system & introduce a stupid app that doesn't work. I bet someone got a hefty payrise with our money for that one!!!!

Hi Arckivio, Sorry the switch hasn't been positive for you but we did this because the new system can do more. When entering your DoB, clicking on the year will bring up a list of years. Its good, there's one problem, you cannot open messages as app crashes. Other than that fault its brilliant.
